I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted £45 pound last night on an inedible takeaway that was undercooked and overcooked!Had my husband and I eaten the satay chicken we would have been very poorly indeed PINK chicken really. ? ?Stale prawn crackers really ??Burnt sesame prawn toast really??And a sweet and sour dish that looked grey in colour really ??I complained to just eat their replyno compensation could I put a review on Bamboo website !Clearly there is something really wrong here just look at all these terrible reviews and yet Just Eat are working with these guys!The Food Standards Agency Uk may be able to shed light on why this continually bad service is apparentlyacceptable !!

Contacting trading standards tomorrow. The food was inedible it’s still sat in my kitchen now for proof. They agreed to a refund, asked for my sort code and account number and never refunded me. I’ve got evidence of our phone call as well as I had a feeling they would do this! So unprofessional and food is appualing as well as service. Excuse after excuse. Bank and trading standards needs to be contacted asap! DO NOT ORDER

I spent £53 (stupidly) Chips were like rock. Curry had more mushrooms than meat. Ribs were all fat and no meat. Special rice and noodles only had chicken in.Will never order from here againVery disappointed

Very poor, king prawn balls were burned and 1cm of oil in the bottom of the bag. Crispy duck was slimy duck. Satay chicken was congealed mess and beef in house noodles with gravy was to hard to chew. A complete waste of my £37. Have always been a bit hit and miss but this has convinced me not to order from here again.

Never on time! Always at least 30 mins later than they say they will be! Food isn’t bad, but it’s frustrating waiting hours for a simple order, especially when they are so local.

Absolutely stunning chinese, i ordered and all thought it took 40 minutes to arrive. It was a weekend and it was absolutely worth it. I ordered on the phone and the girl who answered, must have only been a teenager, was so professional and just a pleasant person to speak to. The portion of rice and noodles are larger than your average chinese, after some excellent starters e.g., the crispy prawn toast and beautiful spring rolls i was highly satisfied with the flavouring that came with my Thai curry. The bag came perfectly packed and i was so pleased to see the pancakes with my duck (as most chinese places forget them!)Overall, if you don’t go to bamboo then you’re stupid. It’s absolutely exquisite
Bamboo Chinese Takeaway Ferndown. Chicken Fried Rice had very strange smell to it, couldn't eat it, awful. Phoned them they offered me refund. Sometimes food OK but very hit and miss. Would not recommend. Staff said they been busy. Disappointed

Absolutely shocking!!! STAY CLEAR!! Half size portions, flavourless food and way over priced! This is the worst Chinese I've ever had which I'm sorry to say as its my local one! Been using Li"s takeaway for a long time and thought I'd try Bamboo as it's closer.... Bad move! The quality of the food is just not good enough I'm afraid!!

No stars!!!Yes, I wish I had looked at the reviews - worst Chinese I have had! It was so disappointing in quantity and quality. The chicken sweet and sour balls were stringy bits of chicken in a soggy glaze and the special rice just had 2nd hand bits of dried up meat in it. It didn't help that it was barely warm on delivery. Terrible experience never to be repeated!!
