Ordered a medium frap I was given a small I asked for coffee and I wasn't given any. I had to go to work so had no time to complaining but this is the second time the messed my order up before they used the wrong milk last time and it made me sick disappointing as I love costa but this store I do not recommend.

Visited here on Sat 19th Aug and was greeted by Joe very quick and efficient service with a smile. Gemma made the coffees in equally efficient time and they were great, hats of to both a job well done and will be back again. Restored my faith in Costa after recently drifting back to Cafe Nero.

Arrived for an iced coffee at 1610 hrs to be told that they were closing in 30 mins (Google says 1700) and the machine has been cleaned and there were not able to serve iced coffees on a hot day. Needless to say we walked out.Note to Costa. Clean your machines when you are closed. You may get more business then!!Total shower of s#@t!!!
