Overall price i feel is abit much. The Fish prices are murder. Service is great. Fast preparation.

Pretty round all good, chips are good, and their halloumi fries are good tier, seriously BUY THEM!
I am concerned however about the staff trying to give me sodium poisoning ? You can always add more salt, but once it's on you can't take it off, maybe dial it back just a tad.
But all in all, a quality chippy, glad to be local to it, especially for those halloumi fries!

I don’t know what has happened but this place has rapidly gone downhill. Large Cod was £11 - no worries, we know cod is expensive. Then we cut into it and it’s literally half batter. This is the size of a medium at best from any other chip shop.

We've been using this fish and chip shop since it opened, but recently it seems to have gone down hill. In one week the portion size of halloumi fries has more than halved, 5 pieces, each either the same size or smaller than a piece of scampi. The fish was over cooked and dry as were the haloumi fries. Time to find a new fish and chip shop.

This has got to be the best fish and chips places around, we have had food from here on many Fridays, and not once had a problem, food is great,staff are very helpful and always smiling, it is a very busy place but you can understand why, if you serve good food and have happy staff, you can't go wrong, well done to all of you and keep upthe good work, when people ask me who to use l always say Karsberg, well done ,

I've just nipped in the chippy for my 8 year old aultisc son as he asked for some chippies..I orderd a small bag of chips and the girl was so abrupt and short I thought her attitude was rude..normaly I order online nearly £40 worth for everyone's tea on treat nights..then handed me a bag of chips open and said the bag won't close..I thought to my self how the hell am I to drive home with a bag of open chips without it falling over..she could of popped it in another bag...attitude just so rude.food is always amazing never a problem with it

This has been our regular fish and chips for a long time. The standard has definitely slipped, seems to be in the last few months. Food substandard now (in my opinion was always the best in the area). Such a shame, have tried twice in the last couple of months and both times we’ve been very disappointed. Won’t be returning now. Also disappointed to hear they don’t offer the gelato side anymore, don’t know if this is permanent or temporary

50 minutes late. Half the order missing and 2 items wrong. Won't use again.

This is our local fish and chip shop, been coming for a while and all the girls our lovely and very polite. The pricing on their website was diffrent too the pricing we got totaled at the drive through. I realised this after I paid. Not a problem I didn't want a refund just asked if they would chuck something extra in for the inconvenience. They were apologetic but I was told that they couldn't do that due to the margain they make. if your prices change, then change that on your website. Not being offered anything is pretty dismissal considering I was over charged on my expectation. Weve had meals from here before that havent been that great at times but we carried on going back. Don't think we will be back again unfortunately
