Used the Drive Thru, asked if we could have no more than 2 legs in the Family Feast as we'd had 6 legs the time before which we were unhappy with. The colleague confirmed back to us but when we got back home we had 5 legs. Not impressed, you could buy a whole chicken for less and still only have 2 legs. Will never come back again or recommend this branch.

Had a take away meals , only live 5 mins down the road , when openend the chicken and the chips were stone cold . Called the shop and was given the third degree!!! Spoke to the manager Lindsa, and was not particularly helpful. Told me to look up my credit card receipt and provide details. To be honest I can’t be bother. I asked her to check the chip they are serving , to which she said there chips are always hot !!! That not the case, I checked the bag for the receipt but it was not in there. They should always give people a receipt or put it in the bag. A very very dissatisfied customer. Awful service and awful food.

Would put 0 stars if it would let me. My partner ordered some food, all I ordered was a drink as thats what i can have, his meal arrived with his drink but my drink that paid for wasn't delivered. After calling kfc I spoke to a lady who said they would send the drink out with the next available driver. 2hrs later and its still not arrived. Calling them for the 2nd time, they told me there's nothing they can do, and they won't refund it, all they offered was a free meal wich I cannot eat as I am tube fed. All I requested was a drink. No refund, no drink, and seriously helpless staff. The woman was lovely, couldn't fault her, but after realising by the 2nd call that she had no intention of sending the drink out to start with. Over all we won't be ordering or setting foot in KFC again. Every single time, there's always something missing. You're better of going to maccies! Atleast you get what you paid for. Absolutely atrocious

Upon arriving at kfc half the restaurant was closed and the other half although only one table was occupied every other table and the floor was filthy dirty, this should of been a big enough indicator to leave but we went to the counter to order the server was miserable and rude and should not of been front of house, when we got our order we were a large portion of chips short when I went back to the server they tried just giving me a small fries I showed receipt and without speaking she through 2 more small chips which while I appreciate they have given extra a small apology or acknowledgment is a small ask ? When we started eating out food 2 of the zinger burgers were inedible so we’re left we will definitely never return didn’t bother returning the food due to poor customer service. The staff definitely need refresher courses on how to speak to customers and cook food. Such a shame as we used to go 2-3 times a month.

I recently dined at KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road on 23-6-2023 and unfortunately, my visit was marred by a series of disappointments. When we politely requested some ketchup and mayo to accompany our order of Mighty Bucket Chicken and chicken wings, we were met with a dismissive response from the main attendant, who informed us that she was unable to fulfill our request. This lack of flexibility and the perceived rudeness in her demeanor left a negative impression on us, tarnishing the overall dining experience.Adding to our disappointment was the state of the restroom facilities. They were not maintained to an acceptable standard, appearing unclean and unpleasant. This further detracted from the atmosphere and left us questioning the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.Regrettably, based on these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road as a suitable destination for a family and friends outing. The issues encountered with the service and the inadequate restroom conditions overshadowed any positive aspects that may have existed.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management of KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road. Horrible. First of all the service was horrible. They were treated is very badly. The food was okay and the some big chickens were not properly cooked. Very disappointingly we have to bargain for some extra ketchups and mayo. Secondly the shop was not clean enough. (We visited on 23 June 2023 by midday.
Took the kids there. Food was good bit expensive but they enjoyed it
