Easy access and convenient when driving into Poole, usually a space in the car park, coffee is good, food is not as good as I should be, looks like it's done more miles than my van (how hard is it to keep egg in the bap?). Had one cashier who was rude, but not seen her there for a while.... Had to write a 100 characters, so while I'm at it, Advice, don't park with your window open, as "manuel" probably not his real name, thinks it funny if he gets you with the jet washer....

The ordering is straightforward and we had table service. When it arrived was hot and tasted great.

Lost my phone in the carpark when I got home I rang the restaurant and a member of staff went out and found my phone so polite and helpful staff

Bad experience. Too much time waiting for de order ( more than 15 min) in a not very busy
Being the only McDonald's in the immediate vacinity, it reflects in the high trade at this establishment. Fot the first time on the ages, the fries were hot, the burger luke warm. The car parl is small and the queqe for the Drive Through was getting longer. Needs larger premises.

Police here all the time, general idiots hanging around. Drive through seems to only work on one side but nothing to indicate the other side doesn't work, leading to people say on the right side of the drive through getting stuck.

Scottish people beware - this McDonalds (Tricketts Cross near Bournemouth) refuses to accept Scottish banknotes. They were adamant. I had no other method of payment so had to leave without the food I'd ordered (drive-through).
