A great, very clean, cafe in the heart of Poole, Dorset. The variety on the menu is lovely from Full English Breakfast, Jacket Potatoes, Main Lunch Meals and Sandwiches. And many more..I had the Shepherds Pie,With carrots, peas, cabbage and 3 roast potatoes and gravy all for £8.25 (March 2024 prices)It was hot, cooked to my liking and excellent. All of the staff were so friendly and so kind to all of there customers. It does get busy, but there is outside seating as well..

This place is an absolute gem, my wife and I regularly use it when travelling from Salisbury. Superb food, freshly cooked, try the liver and onions or the roast. Never had a bad meal, lovely people and well priced. Forget classy over priced pubs offering inferior meals visit this place.

Average food, some things were missing from my roast dinner that were on the menu. Kept forgetting my drink and had to ask twice. Grumpy waitress who was abrupt rude (kept huffing and tutted when my daughter was deciding her drink and my mate added onion rings as a side) and wanted speedy answers to what the three of us wanted. After saying she's a happy soul she perked up a little but seriously, if your having a bad day its not the customers fault.

Relaxing. Cheap and cheerfull. Lots of it.Dietary restrictions: Have to ask.Kid-friendliness: All children acceptedWheelchair accessibility: There is no room for wheelchairs inside. Is it OK for outside only. No good for disabled inside. You have to go past the washer up with little space to get there and in.

We travel from Blandford once or some times twice a week since finding this cafe, there's nothing bad I can say about it. The welcome is warm and polite and the food is wonderful and plenty of it. Would recommend.

Only called 'on spec' for a coffee. But decided to have The Set No.2. - £6.25. Great value, good service. Recommended. Sat outside, as I had my dog with me. Will call again.

We always stop for lunch here if we are in Poole. The cafe is unpretentious but friendly and the staff are always so welcoming. There is plenty of variety on the menu and the food is always served quickly, hot and tasty. With reasonable prices as well what’s not to like?
