On the day we went, it was the same weekend as a large charity event at Park Dean next door. The staff were so friendly, even under pressure and the food for a very low price was AMAZING. They accommodated a huge number of people with grace .

Our visit was absolutely brilliant we were given a private area just for us, which was perfect for our client group.We were made feel very welcome and the owners and staff could not do enough for us, we were made feel very comfortable.food orders were perfect and on time especially due to the large amounts of people in our group.After dinner we stayed in pub and played skittles and we decided to play darts and the owner went off to get us some dart to be able to play the game.A wonderful experience for everyone who was present.Parking: Plenty of car parking for everyone visiting the venue.Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheelchair access in and out of the venue.

We were staying in holiday park just up the road. Very expensive food. Looking for somewhere more reasonable found this pub online, Unable to book online we telephoned, and Very helpful lady booked us in for 5pm. Not over crowded, food nice, served hot and presented well, very reasonable prices, staff very accomodating and friendly. So good we booked for the next night. We weren't disappointed the second night either, just as good as the night before. Well worth giving this pub a try, like us, you will want to go back. But be mindful they do get busy and you do need to book.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces but people do park quite close.

We regularly eat here as we have a caravan at the site next door. Excellent value for money and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. On one of our visits one of our party had a gluten allergy and Zoe was very helpful in communicating the necessary information regarding the ingredients.

This pub is literally right next door to our holiday park and what a gem! You would never think this was a ‘chain’ as all of the staff are so friendly! Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in and a lovely outdoor seating area.Menu has everything from pub classics to steaks and ribs and the food really is excellent value and very nice.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal without paying the earth and a nice pub with a family atmosphere.

We visited for our 10 year anniversary. We were asked to be seated in a quiet area which was catered to. Zoe the lady who served us was fantastic and she is an asset to your company. She knew the menu inside out. The food was outstanding everything was to perfection one of the best meals out we have had and definitely the best ‘pub grub’ if you can call it that as it was so much more!

An evening out with our 92 year old Dad who wanted to experience the Wednesday night meat draw. Busy evening but we had booked a table. Good selection of traditional pub grub. We all had something different and were served within a reasonable time. Staff were busy but still attentive and efficient. We ate here twice on our long weekend away. A group of 7 one evening and they squeezed 5 of us in the second day even though they were fully booked.They informed us of the lead time for the food, 45 minutes, but when it turned up it was all freshly prepared. The steaks were thick and juicy, hunters chicken was superb.Absolute value for money with attentive staff.

Lovely old fashioned pub in a great location. Good outside seating area. Food was very hot and freshly cooked staff were friendly.They didn’t have my first choice on the menu but as they had no prawns in stock. But apart from that it was great.They do a local cider that is a great choice to have.
