Nice position, lovely food & drinks. We visited about 14.00 on Sunday. I noticed there were dirty pots waiting to be washed, milk boiling pots were used over & over again, without being washed, in between.
Another member of staff was cleaning the tables, in the back of the cafe (near to where we were sat) using a dirty floor sweeping brush to sweep off the top of the tables (Not the normal I hope!)
I feel the management need to train or re-train there staff.
In all the years, I was in catering, I have never, seen a dirty floor brush used to clean tables.
This Costa at Upton, Poole, Dorset. Was a disgrace to the Costa group.

A usual Costa. Quick service, coffee well made, good selection of food. Can sit outside in good weather. Plenty of seating inside.

My favourite local Costa. The coffee tastes the same as other Costa's which is always good but what makes the difference are the very friendly and efficient staff. Even when they are busy the queues are dealt with without to much delay. There is also plenty of seating outdoors for those who enjoy the sun and a smoke.

Quite like popping in here for a cuppa with a few friends on a day off. The location isn't the best as parking is limited a few times we have had to abort our trip as the carpark is full. (It seems to be shared with the care home visitors) there is plenty of outside seating that's nice when the weather is good. Inside is a normal Costa coffee store design, a bit dark for my liking but it is what it is. Customer toilets are normally nice and clean and although service can be on the slow side, this is normal with costa as the drinks do take time to make.
