I ordered a 7” pepperoni pizza and a 9.5” cheeseburger pizza and loaded fries and we waited over an hour for the pizza and the wrong order arrived. When I phoned to tell them the order was wrong the lady was really rude. It’s now been nearly 1hr and a half and we are still waiting for the pizza. Disgusting customer service .

Just waited over 1 hour for our meal. Unfortunately it was completely cold❄️❄️. Furthermore the "NEW CHIPS....." on the menu tasted like wet, slimy, gone off potato's. Threw them literally straight in the bin. If I'm totally honest we ate it due to the fact we were starving. Just feel important to make other customers aware. Won't be ordering again. ??

Ordered texas bbq with no onions but it came with onions, I share with my kids and they had already started eating, I have crohns disease so can't eat onions but didn't realise they were on there until I had gotten half into a slice. Hopefully I won't be crippled in pain on the loo later!Called to let them know, the lady just did not care at all she probably thought I was after free pizza, she asked for the pizza back, I couldn't do that as the kids had taken a few slices, so I just said just to be careful as they could make someone ill and she just kept repeating ok at me. Honestly she did not care at all. So as I say hopefully later I won't go into a flare but if I do, thanks dominos :)

The look and attitude of the counter staff completely take the wish to get a pizza from this place….isn’t customers fault if you don’t like what you do! i suggest to get a job you like …

large pizza raw dough(personal was great)was raw, see-through and shiny beneath toppings. First told if extra toppings expect that, then told its personal preference, if its cooked and cant cook thin crust without it being burnt if they cook normal base through. Pretty shocking. If you cant cook dough through without burning other thicknesses then don't offer it. It's not the customers fault.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. extremely rude! There was almost no cheese on half my pizza, when I called and complained the staff member on the phone got extremely aggressive and rude refused to provide me with his credentials!

Just had Pizza delivered - the driver was so fast and the pizza was so fresh 10/10 would recommend- great job all round ✌?

Wanted dominos tonight but ordering KFC instead, purely because Waterloo road isn’t delivering, only order from Waterloo road because this store for whatever reason doesn’t do double decadence base nor anchovies ?? rubbish
