First time in 14 years I've ordered domino's after getting ill after eating a pizza from here. Will be a lot longer than 14 years before I order again, absolutely ludicrous pricing. £38 for 3 large pizzas... and that was half price... how the price tag can be warranted is beyond me. I did it as a Birthday treat for my son. 1hour and 10min wait when the app states 25-30mins... yet the tracking tells you it's been delivered, I presume that's to keep head office happy so it looks they are hitting delivery targets and keeping customers satisfied when in actual fact it's not accurate at all. As for the pizza, full of empty burnt air holes (which i know you get) where theirs no sauce or topping on to make it taste of anything. Its just dough, this felt like half the pizza was like this. Not impressed at all and if I was going to order pizza again I would never choose domino's again. To me this is top price pizza so I would expect a top quality pizza and good fast delivery. I got neither of these things, just disappointment

Spent over £40 on two large pizzas and could see the pizzas had been sat out on the side for over 20 minutes while waiting for chicken kickers to be cooked. The pizza was cold and rock hard after arriving home, we turned around and came straight back only to be met with ‘what’s the problem’ and ‘Well, you left some time ago, what do you want us to do about it’ after explaining the pizza’s were cold and not up to standard. We finally had the pizzas replaced, only to get home and find out one was a large and the other a medium! The incompetence, rudeness and lack of communication is dumbfounding at this store!

Extremely disappointed with our experience from this outlet. We ordered 2 x pizzas and after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes we phoned them and they told us they would be with us within 10 minutes….2 hours and 15 minutes later no sign so we called again and this time no reply…the phone just rung and rung …in the end a member of our party went to the outlet to collect them!…3 x drivers there just chatting and staff member doing absolutely nothing! Our order was sitting on a shelf…the staff member was extremely unhelpful and said “oh those yes ummm well they are ready now”…we appreciate they are busy but!…we were not informed of any extended wait time when ordering and the delivery address was less than 2 minutes drive away!…in fact it took us less than 5 minutes to walk and collect them!…on reflection we should have just arranged to collect them in the first place!..not our best experience with this outlet
