The toilets are the worst toilets I’ve seen in years! They definitely don’t clean them at all! Dirty floors! Toilet is full of pubic hair. Walls filthy. Time to get. A cleaner I think.

I point out the assistant working a fly that was crawling on one of the donuts out for sale. She just waved her hand in the general direction. But left the donut out for sale...so go here if you like your food with fly footprints. And we all know what is brown and attracts flies.

Purchased Slice of pizza and large sausage roll. They were both cold. The assistant failed to smile, failed to ask can we warm them up for you. In short a FAILURE.. where is the service? Where is Christmas spirit?? Certainly not visiting that establishment again

A victim of its own success I think. The floor and tables are always filthy and the music is often way too loud. Sort the filth and the music and it would be five stars every time. Its a shame everywhere is so understaffed

All tables were dirty and the male cleaner was very rude to my wife, so we had to walk out of Gregg's without buying anything, mainly because of the rude cleaner
