Not about KFC in itself but the staff at this branch in Poole is terrible. Not friendly not accommodating. Lady who served us acted as if she didn't want to be at work that day. They can do better with customer service otherwise I will take the digital ordering method over the people in the counters 100% but their machines are broken too. ?
This place is a disaster, the last 3 orders I've had have all been missing at least 1 item, my latest order was missing 3 things AND was cold. My worst experience was my order before this where they missed a whole bucket of chicken BUT wouldn't deliver it I had to get someone to go get it cos the reason I use delivery is cos I'm normally working. The customer service is also absolutely abysmal as it's like they don't care as long as they take your money

I couldn’t fault the food, it was as I expected it to be - hot and tasty. The staff behind the counter were ok, they were civilised but not friendly. The guy that keeps the seating area clean and tidy does an amazing job. The self service screens were out of order. The upstairs seating area was closed, so you couldn’t use the toilet facilities.
