Being rejected for delivery and being told i’ve never had someone come and deliver to me because it’s too far even though in past had stuff delivered lots of times. Felt like someone was just trying to get me off the phone, saying the driver didnt want to go that far, this and that.

Have ordered form these many times over the last few years and have always enjoyed the food. However today I ordered a meal online through there website for a 7.15pm delivery. Food arrived at 5.10pm. I phoned to express my dissatisfaction. I was told that another meal would be delivered at 7.15pm to compensate for there error. I write this review at 8.10pm as my food has still not arrived and after another phone call was told that the order had been lost. Was offered my money back which is something but unfortunately my stomach and my evening is very unfulfilled.

Got a takeaway from here for the first time and we were impressed, very tasty. Will use again. The presentation of the shop entrance/collection point was very run down that was the only off putting thing.Parking: Can be busy on street outside or nearby.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't normally complain about food places, just please steer clear of this one, unless you like waiting over 2 hours for your food to arrive. Still missing drinks. Ordered beef curry still looking for the beef in the sea of mushrooms and onions. Joke of an establishment.

Took an hour and a half to arrive. Food was not warm. Chicken curry was unpleasant and completely unhelpful when I called to complain. Will not order from them again.

First time eating here as staying local for Mother’s Day the food was that good we went back the second night to get another takeaway. The staff were really friendly and the food was amazing and really hot when we got back to the hotel will definitely eat here again when we are back in Poole
Ordered takeaway on their website - all good there. Food was delivered within 30 minutes, however the food delivered was not what we ordered. We had ordered the House Special Chow Mein (44b on their menu) because it did not have prawns in, due to a prawn allergy. When food arrived, we noticed there were prawns included. Called restaurant back and spoke to a friendly lady. Advised we have an allergy to Prawns, which was why we had ordered the 44b. The lady checked their menu and agreed it shows no prawns included as she said we should have mentioned no prawns. She went to speak to the chef/manager as I asked them to make fresh order, the phone was then handed to the chinese lady in the shop who was the rudest person ever, clearly does not understand what customer service is! She said it was my fault even though the website did not mention there were prawns in the dish - 44a does, but 44b does not! Clearly did not want our custom as she then shouted something to me and put the phone down! Will not be using this restaurant again, which is a shame as they were previously our 'go to' chinese takeaway. If you do decide to use this restaurant, make sure you don't order online and any allergies are clearly stated or they'll make everything be your fault.

Order arrived over an hour before I'd asked for it why even ask when you want it by if your just gunna fire it straight out... The food is really tasty though

Brilliant food !! Was most scrummy egg fried and a yummy curry sauce to match ! We will be coming back here ! ??Kid-friendliness: Let my son answer the phone and she was very polite

Order took 1hr50 to get to us.Don't typically complain about delivery times having worked as a delivery driver previously myself but this is a bit much.When we called (after 1hr30) they said it was "being cooked now".So it took them 90 minutes to start cooking our food from the time of order, that's awful man

We ordered crispy duck which it was just a pile of what I would call slime and undercooked duck could almost pour it out of container, spring onions was just a few strand’s will not be using again or recommend
