Completely inedible today. Big wads of black greasy lumps on top of my burger meat that smelled horrific. Stale and not particularly warm chicken nuggets that tasted very odd. Coca cola fine. Such a shame as this is our nearest but we drive to barrack road mcdonalds because it consistantly tastes so much better. This branch needs a lot of help...

They messed up my order all the time apart from if I eat inside the restaurant. Online ordering and drive thu are awful. They don't give you the food you want, and you paid loads of money for stuff you didn't get.They never added the ordered items to the order and did it on purpose.Please don't buy from this nasty burger joint. Otherwise, you will suffer the same fate.

Never visit this branch.3 times I've been here three times I've experienced dreadful customer service.From waiting 30 minutes for food to be delivered to the car park, through no vegetarian options (AT ALL!) being available on the menu, to today's final visit when I was refused breakfast after arriving at 10:55 (McDonald's breakfast finishes at 11:00 a.m.).I sat waiting at the drive through as the shift worker changed, only to be told that breakfast was now finished. Avoid this management shambles at all cost.

Absolutely full of delivery drivers. It’s rammed with them and no one else can get to the counter. Plus, once you order it takes ages as the delivery bods seem to get priority. They should just turn it into a delivery hub rather than a fast food restaurant or take away. It’s really not worth going
