Extremely slow service. Mcdonalds seem to have killed the concept of fast food with this new way of serving. I'm sure it saves them money but the user experience is just horrendous.

Went with my two grandchildren they wanted to use the toilet . They weee filthy covered in human waste . Not something that had just happened all three cubicles were very dirty .Hate to think what the kitchen is like couldn’t finish my meal .Wont return

Constant bad service here, especially when it comes to deliveries. Constantly missing items from delivery. Only eat order from here because it’s one of the very few takeaways that I can order Gluten Free food from. Only time I ever get the right things I order is it I collect from here and check the bag myself to confirm. No fries included with either of our meals today, but have constantly had issues with items missing to whole meals missing.Dietary restrictions: They do gluten free food, but good luck getting the food you order.

Should of checked.Ordered a meal was a massive queue is drive through so I left, got home no fries in the bag.So paid for something I didn't get.Also would you believe it.No milkshakes again!

It's McDonald's - you know what you're expecting. Just don't be surprised when actually, you don't get what you expected! Especially when it comes to milkshakes - how that machine only works on weekday mornings is beyond me!Parking: Adequate car park in terms of spaces. You'll definitely find gulls everywhere, doing what gulls do, and if you're lucky, they'll be a few ASBO totting, uninsured fiesta driving, local resident's about as well.Kid-friendliness: Yep, what could be more kid friendly than a McDonald's (at least from the perspective of the child!)?

Items missing. Sent a large Coke that had another delivery ticket attached that was ordered 4hrs prior to our order. Coke was warm, flat and tasteless. Obviously been sat on the counter nearly 4hrs before being sent tonus. Didn't care and just passed us onto Uber who refunded us. The food was cold. Uber refused to help. They always miss iems from orders. DON NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Shocking!!!!!!!!!

So, I ordered McDonald's last night, and they managed to turn my Big Mac into a Little Mac. I swear, it was like a burger for ants!Oh no, not the infamous McDonald's miniaturization technique! I once ordered a large fries and ended up with a single potato slice. It's like they're trying to introduce us to the concept of portion control in the most absurd way possible.Exactly! And when I asked for a refund, they looked at me like I'd just asked for a golden nugget. They were like, "Sorry, but once the burger's been bitten, there's no going back."Ha! That's rich coming from a place where the slogan is "I'm lovin' it." More like "I'm tolerating it with mild frustration."And let's not even get started on the saga of the missing McNuggets. I once ordered a 10-piece and ended up with a solitary nugget floating in a sea of disappointment.Oh, the McNugget mystery! It's like a modern-day fast food whodunit. But when you try to solve the case, they treat you like you're Sherlock Holmes asking for the Crown Jewels.Exactly! It's like they expect us to just accept whatever they throw at us with a smile and a side of fries. But mark my words, one day I'll order a Happy Meal and demand genuine happiness or my money back!Ah, the pursuit of happiness at the drive-thru. It's a noble quest, my friend.
