One of worst takeaways i have been too.orderd burger and chips .no sauce no salad .disapointed .full of salt.chicken hard and taste awful not like real chicken.chips salty .take a look at that picture .absoulote shambles 8 pound for nothing .should be shut.wouldnt recomend going too.

I had to give this 1 star as it wouldn't let me give a review without a star. The donner meat was undercooked so I went back into the shop and asked for a new one and then he started getting aggressive towards me cause the food wasn't undercooked saying that it was cooked properly but even tho it wasn't. This is the worst customer service I've seen in my whole life and I'm a waiter so I know what's good customer service is and what isn't.

Don't get ripped off. Twice in 5 minutes they tried to over charge by at least £4. First time to another customer...and then to me. I think the guys maths is honestly bad. Just stay well away.

When I was there first time, food was great, but next time in the same wrap and chicken and chips were a lots of chicken skins and bones. It wasn't good.
In all honesty one of the worst kebabs we’ve had in a while. The kebab was clearly cut a good while before we bought it and then re-heated as in fact it was served pretty much cold and didn’t look fresh (can tell what a fresh kebab looks like). Paid over £8 for a large kebab which isn’t cheap, I get Poole is a tourist place but if you’re the only kebab place in the area at least make some effort. The chips and garlic sauce were nice although the sauce was more comparable to tzatziki

The food was precisely what you would expect from a fast food place of this type. They didn't have any pizza when we arrived which was disappointing and the owner wasn't very polite which was disappointing.The portions were very good and the rest of the staff were nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible through the front door.

Very yummy and tasty food, good size of portions. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Figo and Ismail. I hugely recommend their Kebab with salad and other food they are making. All is truly amazing !!!!!

Yesterday I ordered a beer kebab in a wrap first time from this place. I got a kebab in a bun from a hamburger. The meat was old, dry, probably leftovers from the day before. The tomatoes in the salad were also not fresh. The worst thing, however, was that after eating half a kebab I found a short hair. It was disgusting I couldn't swallow anything anymore. I do not recommend this place to anyone if they want food with no surprises in their order.
