Run don’t walk!Pizza with love were absolutely amazing for our evening catering for our wedding guests at sopley mill on Friday 8th Sept. Our guests are still talking about it now. The team were 0 fuss and just got on with the job whilst having fun with our guests. They catered for our GF guests and all the pizzas were so tasty. I even had a personal delivery to the dance floor after I’d had a few gins. We will definitely be using pizza with love again. Thank you ladies xxx

Wow, Rachel and her Mum were just so incredible and we would recommend them to anybody. They catered our entire wedding gluten-free as my partner and a few guests are coeliac and we agreed we wanted to completely avoid any risk of cross-contamination (although we were being extra careful!). Rachel was knowledgeable about the risks of this and provided exceptional gluten-free bases and most of our guests didn't even know they were GF! We had a rolling buffet and it was commented on by all of our guests & our vegan guests were catered for as well. At the end of the night, we were pleasantly surprised to have been left with around 14 boxed-up pizzas for our guests to enjoy later into the night or take away in the morning (we ordered over 20 surplus than we had guests, so our guests still ate more pizza than people!). Overall, super kind and lovely people and outstanding food. We had some great chats with them, they were smiley and bubbly with all of our guests and many of our guests commented on how amazing they were as people, and how amazing the pizza was too! Overall, would recommend them to anybody and think they are a wonderful business that added to the magic and atmosphere of our way wonderfully.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free (coeliac friendly options) & Vegan cheese too!

This company made a total mess of my daughters wedding day, I would definitely NOT recommend them. Utterly incompetent. My daughter was married at the Marine Theatre, Lyme Regis and at the time of writing, this company is still listed on their website as a, and I quote ‘trusted food partner’ under the heading, companies that we have worked with many times. This is subject to a different review, but suffice to say Pizza with Love turned up on the day late, in the pouring rain, admittedly the weather was not their fault, but they would have known the weather conditions and should have arrived earlier than the time arranged rather than later. Then, of all things, found they couldn’t get their van in to the venue! So much for a trusted food partner! Things just deteriorated from there. We had guests sitting twiddling their thumbs waiting ages for pizzas. There was no table laid out, as depicted, no condiments brought in, no labels for pizzas, no cutlery. Just a bowl of salad and a bowl of coleslaw plonked on the table, which got eaten because there was little else for our guests to have! At that point I honestly felt we’d have been better off ordering from Domino’s or some other big pizza company, at least they would have given us a discount for turning up late! Pizza with Love have admitted no responsibility for this debacle. No apology. They happily took our deposit, then didn’t do the MOST IMPORTANT thing that they actually said they would do and that was to go to the venue to see if they had proper access. Had they done this when they said they would they could have told us there and then that they were unable to cater, leaving us plenty of time to find another caterer. Between them taking the rest of the payment in full and the theatre's recommendation, how were we to know they actually couldn’t fulfil their contract with us? We did get pizzas eventually, coming in in dribs and drabs, ferried in by us, nothing presented in the way their website depicted or stated in the contract, and because this ran so late, it messed up the cake cutting, first dance and the evening buffet, as the pizzas were still coming in when the buffet opened. One job. To have checked and liaised with the theatre before hand. It would have saved my daughter and her husband a lot of stress and heartache. You DO NOT get a second chance to recreate a day that should have been perfect. I will not forgive this company nor ever recommend them. As a footnote to this, my son-in-law posted a review on their Facebook page, a couple of days ago, which was met with no apologies, a multitude of excuses and an adamant, ‘we phoned you 20 times and no one answered’. No, they phoned 4 times in quick succession before it was answered. They then changed this to 10 times. Again, no, it was 4 times. So my son-in-law posted a screen shot of the phone log proving this. The company then replied by posting a photo revealing personal phone numbers to ‘prove’ their point. Actually, it just showed that they rang 4 TIMES! This was a deliberate act and my son-in-law had no choice but to delete the post. So now if you go to their Facebook page you’ll find nothing but glowing reviews! Forgetting, just for a moment, what actually happened on the evening, and they can honestly make all the excuses they want, by not doing one simple thing beforehand and liaising with the theatre (they were booked early 2022) the evening was ruined. NOTHING can change the mess that was made of their special day, but a little bit of humility and admitting they screwed up would be at least one step in the right direction!

Everything was easy dealing with Pizza with Love from the first enquiry to the build up to the wedding and finally the day itself. They even managed to reverse their airstream pizza trailer over a small bridge at our venue with about an inch to spare on either side which was no mean feat.So many of our guests complimented us on the pizza and they also looked after any guests with allergies and intolerances without fuss.Couldn't recommend them highly enough.Thanks guys!

We met with Rachael at one of her local pop-ups and she cooked us the most delicious pizza! My husband and I like to think of ourselves a bit like pizza connoisseurs… because we LOVE pizza and enjoy trying out different restaurants all of the time! We knew instantly that we needed to book Pizza with Love for our wedding! Rachael and her mum went above and beyond for our special day and took serving 130 guests in their stride with a lovely buffet style set up from their air stream. They catered for all dietary requirements fantastically and with zero fuss! Everybody LOVED their delicious fresh pizzas and they had so many compliments throughout the night! Rachael even made us up two pizzas to take to our hotel as we’d barely eaten during the day… which we ate in the bath at our hotel! ?? What absolute STARS they are! We would highly recommend Pizza with Love to anybody! We will be bringing our friends to their next pop up for more!
