If I could give a zero, I would. I attempted to send a birth certificate and deed poll to the passport office and according the tracking, it never left the post office. This was flat out denied by the rude lady behind the counter. I foolishly then send a Dr's letter to the passport office from the same branch and again, that never made it.I will now be using Upton Post Office instead.

Come on people get a sense of humour she's fantastic funny and to the point ....always leave with a smile she makes me laugh ... people need to lighten up

Overcharged £32 for stamps, although it was their mistake and rectified the issue but the hostile attitude was horrible. Recently Michelle the owner told my friend who posted a parcel for me that the stamp had been used ( it was brand new, no marks on it and taken from a new book) she flicked the stamp at my friend, and said "I'm not accepting this". I have now decided that this is enough, although local and convenient the attitude is so bad, obnoxious and toxic, the owner clearly doesn't care about reputation or customers , just look at the reviews!

One of the female workers was rude and sarcastic towards myself about the state of packaging on a parcel. Not only that, she also swore at me. I find her behaviour disgusting as there were also multiple people in the shop. Considering she deals with members of the public her attitude is disgraceful.

You can always rely on Michelle for a laugh and a smile. Sorted me out with the best option for my parcel. Her and the staff have provided excellent service throughout the pandemic and continue, in my opinion, to maintain this.
Service is adequate, but they will always try to charge more for a parcel if they can pretend it doesn't fit the criteria for a smaller parcel/large letter. Due to this, I always use the town centre post office now. Much more reasonable and fair.

Extremely rude. There is One lovely lady behind the counter and one who is very rude. ive never been spoken to like that in a shop before , avoid her if you possibly can. The post office needs to read previous reviews and check this out as I’m not the only one to find her manner abrasive & what she said to me was completely unnecessary. She needs to go on a customer service course and learn how to treat her customers with respect.

They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They can be brusque with those who can't be bothered to prepare for their turn at the counter, as it is often busy, and will not tolerate rude, people.

Just echoing the previous reviews, the potty mouth and attitude behind the counter is unacceptable which is a shame as I liked the selection of birthday cards in the shop, you won't see my wallet open in there again.
