Ordered a special chow mein and a special curry with egg fried rice. Both dishes drowning in oil. My partner's curry was more oil than sauce. Tried to remove the oil but in the end the curry was not good. Image for proof of just half the oil in the curry

Ordered off just eat, very quick , forgot my prawn crackers which sounds silly but It’s all I really wanted with some rice but phoned up and they were lovely sent out 2 packs very quickly for me , boyfriend says his is amazing can’t wait to sit and enjoy my rice and crackers ! Big thankyou as most places would just refund and not keep customer happy

Really enjoyed our first Chinese from Quayside. Absolutely delicious and so tasty. Everything was perfect, the crispy duck was on point, the only thing I would say is that the crispy duck and pancakes came with thick slices of cucumber only, I do love the thin streaks of cucumber and spring onion combo that usually come with pancakes from a Chinese, that was the only thing I would bring up.. we did order quite a few dishes and everything else was spot on. Defo will be ordering again!

I have an allergy and food was contaminated, spring roll was the size of a small cod battered. It was rank, it was greesy, greesier than a 20l container of vegetable oil.Not nice at all, Only decent thing was the can of Dr pepper wouldn't even give 1 star, so dissspointed. Used this place couple times and normally very good, ordered on just eat at 430 for 530pm delivery . They suddenly cancelled the order saying they couldnt fill it . KFC to the rescue , ordered at 5 delivered at 535 . How can a restaurant do this ? lucky it wasnt a special occasion

Have had takeaway from here twice and both times been very impressed with the standard of food. This is well priced as well, so fully recommended.

Straight up robbed us, order was completely wrong and way less that what we paid for. Tried contacting them and their phone number was invalid, so hopped in the car to get it sorted and the place had closed early...

So we placed an order. But it states if you have any allergies, you are to call them. When we try to call, it then goes to answer phone.So we then had actually drive to the Chinese restaurant to inform them of our allergy requirements.

absolutely rubbish, everything cold, rice cold and claggy, special fried rice cold and stuck together, lemon chicken obviously reheated dry and tastelessexpensive rubbish , will not be using you again

Extremely disappointed. Ordered through Uber eats. After waiting half an hour after our order was meant to arrive, I called to see where our food was. They struggled to find my order and then said it was be prepared and would be at least another half an hour. They said they didn’t have enough drivers to get the orders out. After questioning the length of time my order would take, they were extreme let rude and said that by being on the phone i was holding up their orders so it would take even longer. Very poor customer service and no apology for the delay with our order!
