Paid for petrol \\u0026 a paper.\\nPoor guy had cycled into work* went thru a mega puddle \\u0026 been in wet socks all shift with hours left.\\nSo after my charity shop visit for a chair with wheels for Bern (because his chair's scratching my marley tiles but didn't have any) bought socks \\u0026 a 50p dog towel \\u0026 some bargain wet weather grab gloves \\u0026 took it back to him \\u0026 he was very pleased.\\n\\nHe's a lovely guy \\u0026 Shell is a good petrol station.\\nAlways nice 2B of help to someone.

Women who was there this morning at 3am on shift couldn’t even acknowledge I was there at the night hatch was too busy cook breakfast items and then disappear into thin air out back and didn’t even come back . Won’t be coming back even in a freak emergency ??

Night hatch woman is very rude, her crossword is more important than customers it seems. Shell, get your act together! Why have a store if it’s shut at night? Joke, only viable because tesco shut up shop for no good reason when they have pay at pump.
Good fuel availability and clean premises. Very polite staff. It could be just me though, but 5 times put 10 the pay at pump system does not work ?

Needed some milk on way home it was just gone midnight. Parked right outside by the night hatch. Attendant didn’t even look up, so went to main door and it’s closed. Walked to night hatch attendant still there by the hatch. I waited to be acknowledged nothing. She just blanked me and carried on doing her word search. I was there long enough to see her find, circle and cross out her word.Very frustrating I knocked on window as I left and I seriously don’t think she had the faintest.Poor poor service! Well no service.

I always try to use this petrol station as it is often the cheapest in the area. I use the Shell app and pay at the pump. It was very quick and easy easy to do, although I did have to log in and it took a little while to make the connection.
