Ive given 5 stars for food and service coz the lad serving was amazing. Management on the otherhand should get no stars. The poor boy was on his own with a queue and online orders. He shouldnt have been on his own. It was over an hours wait. Many customers walked out. It needs 2 staff at Saturday 2pm/ lunchtimes. The lad serving was calm,friendly and an asset to the company. Being put in that awful position. Good on him.Im surprised they get any staff,leaving them on their own like that.Parking: 10?

Just had a chicken sub from Waterloo store, the salad tasted like it had chemicals in it. The bun was burnt and unable to eat any of it. I think it’s stupid how you can’t send emails or complain about the food. Only way of doing it is on google reviews.

Orders always wrong or missing. Yesterday ordered and it failed to arrive. Delivered to wrong number. Store manager Lauren couldn't be less helpful. No solution other than to get it myself. Won't be using

I made an order through just eat and they got half of my order wrong, as well as it being cold and stale and the cheese was burnt. Completely inedible.

Last week, I ordered a baller menu and wanted to exchange the crispy onions with regular onions. The person making it was extremely rude and berated me in front of the other customers.It is safe to say I was rather embarrassed and won't be coming back there anymore.

The best Subway. All the staff are polite and chatty. Subs always turn out good and are very delicious. Very clean inside and lovely atmosphere.Only fault here is that there isn’t a toilet provided. The toilet in Burger King is the only toilet available. I feel guilty if I have to use this toilet especially if I haven’t purchased anything from them.Overall a very good experience.

Went in today with a person with disabilities for lunch and was served by a woman who was so patient, kind and understanding. We received wonderful customer service and the lady behind the till and doing our food was an absolute diamond.The food was well tasty as always.Thank you.

It was amazing to see the member of staff preparing our six meals. This person, working on their own, was brilliant. It was a pleasure to watch. This member of staff deserves an award for their efficiency and dexterity. The food was good too.

Started off by walking in to a staff member and delivery driver arguing. 1 type of bread on offer. Hardly any kind of meat variance. No cookies and when asked "yeah I'm probably going to cook some In a minute". Asked for toasted, got home to see cheese not melted and stone cold. Every staff member was miserable and gave the vibe of don't give a s**t!
