Amazing. Food beautiful atmosphere beautiful. Nice to have a wholesome pub run by caring landlords that would do anything for you. The new menu is inspired them. I cannot wait to try it. So wonderful to walk in to a place where I can speak to children woman puppies young and old eat great food and gear the most beautiful voices over a kareokee. This is a pub worth spending time in. The irony of the name... The sweet home inn. I can't wait to visit again.

We arrived at Poole too early to check in at our hotel so stopped at The Sweet Home Inn. It was just after 11am opening so much too early to get a real feel for it. It is a large traditional pub and felt family run. Halloween decoration was underway. Food menu was interesting and inviting as was the pub, even though we were the only customers at such an early time. We must go in the evening sometime.

Popped in for a few drinks on a Friday night, it happened to be karaoke night and was such a good night. We even got free shots at the bar. Thankyou to the amazing staff.

Used to be a great pub, until I got charged by a man (ginger man) for a pint of blood orange thatchers for £6.50 a pint, after he got funny about IDs (I’m 24) would avoid.

Brilliant find delivering in to ryvita following morning first 2 drinking establishments were shut so found this nice pub. Quality tanglefoot at it best. Pleasant staff and customers. Even if I got caught out for a chat but he was harmless and friendly. Usually chill out on my own accord but always nice to talk to someone

booked this for meeting with colleagues with intent of eating table booked via their website on Friday for following Monday. arrived Monday to say we had booking to be told they have no Chef and there is no food today. the web page says food served and no feedback from table booking to say no food that day. if we had known we would have gone to pub down road . sadly we will be using other pubs along the road for future regular meetings was not impressed at all.

First time visited, two couples plus dog. Sat in the pub garden enjoying the weather. Ordered food which was freshly cooked, looked and tasted delicious. The toilet facilities were found to be really clean, impressive, usually pub toilets are not the nicest of places these were a delight to use. The bar area felt and looked clean. As for the staff they were welcoming and friendly will definetly return. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch.

Had a lovely blood orange cider whilst my friend had a Coke very nice beer garden to the rear dog friendly so long as the dogs are on a lead only thing I would say is it is quite steep and although I have a disability it didn't stop me but it might be more challenging for some with the more severe disability than myself all in all a very pleasant hour and a half spent
