We pre booked meal for 12 it awful cold badly cooked some meals came and by the time others arrived the first served were finished the picture of the in the advertisement bore no resemblance to what we received we didn’t complain at the time because the lady who organised it for us would have been upset but overall it was a disgrace we wouldn’t dine there again and try to put others off

This evening we went for dinner. Both ordered the same meal, chicken in a basket. When it arrived mine was not cooked all the way through and we sent it back to the kitchen. Another one was cooked and brought out which was MORE RAW than the first one! The manager mumbled an apology and told us we don’t have to pay. This evening was our first night out for 9 months as I have mental health issues. This evening was ruined by the poor meal we were provided with twice and made me very anxious about dealing with this situation. We won’t be returning

Have popped in a few times for meetings, only had latte's but they were good every time and the lady serving, the sameone each time, was lovely and you even get a cheeky little shortbread biscuit with the coffee.

Called twice to make a table reservation for valentines night and got an answerphone both times so 2nd time left my contact details to this date I still have not had a call back, so lucky I decided not to wait and popped in to book a table instead.Arrived on the night to be told they couldnt find my reservation, finally got seated. I ordered a burger for main meal which was supposed to come with rosemary salted skin on fries, what I actually got was a poor excuse for fries which looked like they came from a well known burger joint. My fiance ordered a medium/well done steak which came out still mooing on the plate, so we sent it back and after a further 15 minute wait it was brought back to the table the plate still swimming in blood and missing the onion rings. To make matters worse after the initial apologies from the staff my fiance was then blamed for ordering the wrong steak at this point we decided to leave. So in short from start to finish the whole experience was a complete disaster, the night in ruins, the only recompense we received was not paying for the steak meal. Absolutely disgusting behaviour will never step foot in that place again..

Staff are unapproachable, and look like they dint like they're job, the fish was disgustingly small, and there was not many chips, for the price I paid for it was disgraceful, very expensive for what you get, and it is NOT clear that you have to sign your regerstration in the pub, the soft drink I had from the draught machine, was lukewarm, and how can you guys call the salad a salad when it has NO tomatoes, NO cucumber, NO beetroot, NO onions... NONE of the things that we would expect in a SALAD ? it was all different leaves which made it very bland, and by spending nearly £12 on a salad it was horrendous. We will NOT be returning again.

We have never stayed here, but we use the restaurant fairly regularly. The staff are always friendly. Dogs are welcome. Food is good and a fair price.Nearby activities: Avon Heath is within walking distance. Nice place to walk with or without dogs. There is a good play area for children. Moors Valley is close as good for dogs and children. Ferndown and Ringwood are close byFood & drinks: The food here has always been good value for money

Visited for a meal after a long day of appointments with my elderly parents one of whom is coeliac. The staff went over and above to make sure there was no cross contamination for my dad's meal. Thank you for a lovely meal and your staff were lovely
