Wow amazing garden centre! Everything is here good plants, gifts, food. And a nice cafe with lovely garden all nicely spaced out.Some vegan options. Friendly helpful lady serving us today , * around 2pm* And I found 2 giant dinosaurs lurking!

We stopped off for food and toilets on route to Warmwell. The food was awful, the most overcooked jacket potato I have ever had. I should have complained but it was the first day of our holiday and no-one had come to the table to ask how are food was, no doubt they could see and didn't want the answer!

Great place with plenty of stock and a large variety of goods. Great service with friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly with lots of room and a lovely cafe on site.

Went to see about a parasol and base. Lady, sorry don't know her name, was extremely helpful. Ordered with no fuss and delivered free of charge. Steve and Richard delivered this item with care. Excellent service throughout. Go to cafe regularly too because the food is excellent

Visited yesterday at between 4-5, walked over to the restraunt area and asked for directions. A man with blondish hair and glasses gave me directions. whilst the other team members turned their backs. As I'm walking out the door they start mocking me by saying patronisingly "we have a question guys, we have a question" and started laughing, including the guy. It's just rude and the staff causing the issues should be dealt with accordingly.

We had booked the conservatory for a baby shower on Saturday 20th , Everything was amazing the food was great, there was so much. Vicki who served us all day was brilliant, they made sure everything on the day was great for us . Great place for a get together.
The walk to the restaurant possibly has the worst accessibility for a person with a walking dissability we've ever seen, and whilst the restaurant is OK, once you get there (there is little or no signage), (we had to ask 3 people for directions) the food is a bit of a slip back to the 70's with over cooked fried eggs, tasteless ham and no avocado in the 'Smashed Chick Pea and Avocado sandwich; the chips were nice though.

The cafe is not as good as it used to be! Yesterday we had coffe and scones...the scones were crumbly but dry and stale tasting, the small butter patd almost solid.The ladies toilet had no soap and water..or other in a puddle round the pan...don't think we'll gagain...shame as it used to be very good. We visited last Sunday looking for garden furniture & plants. Clare was AMAZING!! She made a fuss of our dog and helped us with our furniture purchase. She was happy & knowledgeable.We then had a chat with Sue in the plant section and she gave us very good advice on what to plant, where and when.Our furniture was delivered yesterday and the two chaps that delivered were also very helpful & pleasant.Excellent service all round! We will back back!

We came today to purchase an ex display water fountain we loved. The lovely 2 gents who helped us where absolutely superb. The water fountain pump wasn't working and theydid everything in their power to make it work. We are so very grateful and it now looks lovely and is working beautifully in our garden on our decking
