We visited late, 10 mins before closing time, so unfortunately, there were no mini fillets or popcorn chicken. But the service I received from Stephen was brilliant. He went above and beyond, despite us showing up so late. Thank you!

Had to return the whole order as the Kansas BBQ bites are no-longer the same sauce, which has been changed for a cheap and actually horrid alternative. How can they still be selling this inferior product clearly not the original, as if it were unchanged.

At last a decent KFC the food was as it should be. Pity about the atmosphere with young teenagers throwing food all over the table and their drinks and making no attempt to tidy it up. They just walked out.

I spotted two members of staff crush bin waste and then serve on till also dirty trays put back on clean pilealso a female member of staff rubbed and inched her nose and then serve food to customers, not once did I see any of them wash their hands,basic food and hygiene out of the question.

Staff get your order wrong and are completely rude and unprofessional and tell you not to be annoyed when you order 4 items and 2 arrive and they tell you it's been ready for ages .... Store is filthy, a landfill would be a better food place,
Best KFC I've been too, I came with my friends and when one of us had to wait for longer as there was a delay they were given free extras to make up for it. All staff were smiling just a nice atmosphere.Vegetarian options: My friend is a veg and loves it here

Literally sat in the drive thru at 9:30 at night for 20 minutes waiting for a mini wrap and some BBQ bites. I could have cooked them quicker... and then the wrap was cold!

Do not use electric vehicle chargers in their car park if KFC is closed. You will get fined. Its an entrapment to fine you.

This was the worst KFC I've ever had. Chicken was dry and inedible. Chips were over cooked and rubbery . Whole meal was disgusting.
