I had a whole meal missing my family orderd 5 big macs and every single one of them was stone cold the cheese inside wasn't even melted. Every single bit of the food was cold. So lost out on money and wasted money massively never again when I'm in weymouth it was disgusting.

I am fuming the food took half a hour to come out we sat there looking like lemons and when I went to the toilets they where full to the brim of period blood and it was all over the floor and this whole place was dirty the floors where filled with food the workers were rude and a group of kids came in and threaten me and pointed a knife at me I will never be coming back so not safe xxx

Order off mcdonald's app for delivery when it arrived most of the order was missing and could not get hold of mcdonald's at all Now lost loads of money and have hardly any food

A short walk from the Train Station, town centre and Beach.\\nQuick service when I was there.\\nThe site it kept clean, including (male) toilet.\\nThe music level is low but hearable.\\nThe site has a sofa (leather), which is the first time I've seen one at a McDonald's.\\nApproximately 15 outdoor tables are available. It looks like there's potential to expand this, though I suspect down to local planning and restrictions.

I love mcdoands by far my favourite loads better than KFC and burger king only issue with this McDonald's there isn't much seating downstairs they have a lift to get upstairs as well as the stairs but could do with been bigger down

A rare experience of a McD's being quiet when we went in. ??Our order was taken by the Manager who as it happened brought our food to the table as well.Well a definite 5***** rating for her, she was just brilliant, full of energy, happiness and joy, nothing was too much trouble, its only a shame we didn't catch her name, but she'll know who she is. ?Food was standard for McD's but for me I just love the Big Mac so I was happy ?If I had a gripe then it would be.....I wish they'd cut down on the iceberg lettuce a bit, as it always seems to go everywhere from the first bite! ?All 3 of us enjoyed our McD's experience today.Parking: Great parking right outside the door.

Normal grub, no complaints and wait was fine. Atmosphere was a bit odd, people staring as anyone walked in and just watching. No problem but strange!

Every time something wrong with my order... It was two orders on a screen and somehow mine been mixed. Paid for bigMac got McPlant instead... Check your bag before you leave... I didn't...
The only issues we've had with this place have been when using UberEats, JustEat or Deliveroo. The service seems a lot more consistent if you go directly to them. Everytime I've been and collected my orders it's all been there and nearly always been hot.Loads of parking, accessible parking and entrance and a fair amount of space inside to eat. Always kept clean and tidy as well.

It’s good for a McDonald’s, and the staff that work here are lovely people……lovely people that some how stay sane in spite of it being a gathering place for Weymouth’s crackheads.Seriously, come to this place after dark for free entertainment in the form of drunken brawls, organised fights (I wish I was joking, it was quite spectacular) and people getting arrested in unique and comical ways.Just don’t stay longer than 120 minutes or the ANPR camera will ding you. Claiming you broke down DOES NOT WORK, as I found out the hard way after getting an expensive picture of my van. They didn’t even get a good front pic either ??Seriously though, if you’ve picked McDonald’s over all of the amazing food places Weymouth has to offer, please re-evaluate your life choices

I live 0.5 miles away Waited over an hour and a quarter, when arrived it was all cold, crushed with no drink and napkins but the napkins are usually not provided. Deliveroo has a hand in this also , the way he routed his drops I was his last drop on the loop as his tracker suggested, presumably because i am located so close to the restaurant. I would surmise my order was underneath all his other orders being squashed.

Went to drive through tonight and soft drinks not available with the Big Mac or Chicken sandwich. Both meals were cold so not impressed at all.
