We got kicked out bc our age . All we were doing we eating and talking not talking to anyone in public not talking to loud just talk and the manger said to us if we don’t get out they would call the cops and then he got out food and dropped it on the food ( we are 11-13 ) so not even teenagers

Haven't had McDonald's for a while but it wasn't too bad. I had a chicken sandwich meal (sadly not real chicken) and my granddaughter had a kids burger meal. We asked for a second burger for her but it came with the gherkins and sauce which she doesn't like so had to get her another one. This did mean i could have a creme egg McFlurry which was as good as i remember. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was being continually cleaned. A good experience overall.

I haven't been to McDonald's for many years, I went yesterday as on holiday, it was disgusting, the food was cold, unfriendly place, they would not take my money as it came from Bank of Scotland, place was not clean . I probably won't go to McDonald's again for several more years, if not never.

Treated myself this morning too a Big Mac ,and french fries,and hot chocolate ..Because I've just recieved a cheque from the taxman.they actually gave me some changeI was famished,I could have eaten a horse .As it was I think I did ....????The chips were cold and limp ,not crisp and warm,and the burger tasted like carpet underlay,alright if you like the taste of Axminster?I felt cheated after spending £5.50..And I won't be going back...Two saving graces,the hot chocolate was warm and good,and the floor walker gave some children some flags ,so noise levels were revelaivilty low?..Kid-friendliness: Usually crowded...????

Toilets are sign posted for upstairs. (disabled downstairs). Was told we couldn't use upstairs toilets for our small child, very rudely by member of staff. Treated us like idiots when telling us to use a disabled toilet. Not very impressed at all.
Not the best place to eat, but ok if you have no other option.

Ordered my food an it was stone cold like it was stored in a fridge for 20 mins before being served to me I’d expect my food to be hot not cold. Not exactly good service from staff either Mc Donald’s sort ur restaurant out

Utterly disgusting here.Toilets were overflowing. Urine all over the floor.In the main restaurant, there was debris/rubbish all over the floor and tables were dirty.The restaurant wasn't even busy.!Food was barely average.
