There were 11 of us that all went to The old rooms last night, the staff were lovely and friendly and the food was fantastic. It all arrived at the same time perfectly cooked and served, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Another great night at the old rooms.Thank you so much ?

Booked a table for a Sunday roast after seeing good reviews and nice pictures on their fb page.Was really looking forward to trying somewhere we hadn't been before.Unfortunately it was very disappointing. We ordered the smoked turkey roast. Also ordered the pigs in blankets as extras. The pig in blanket was so burnt I had to rip it apart as it wouldn't cut with a knife. The small roast parsnips were fine until I got to a bigger piece which was hard in the middle.The turkey was weird, it was cooked but it was really soft and was wet, the texture was awful, I couldn't eat it. So not sure what was done to it. Roast potatoes were OK but looked like aunt Bessie's.I did speak to the waitress about my disappointment and was offered a free pudding, which is OK but I generally don't have a pudding as I usually enjoy my main course and can't fit a pudding in but I had to leave so much that I was still hungry.Such a shame as we were hoping to add this venue to our list of favourite places to eat Sunday roasts.☹️

Spent another New Year week in Weymouth and the 4 of us visited here most days. Great food (Pies a must! Chicken Schnitzel too), Brilliant staff- ALWAYS welcoming and friendly, good atmosphere. Love this pub!

Love this place! We visit quite often and always feel it’s a relaxing place to eat and have a soda! They have vegan options which I always enjoy and the staff are super friendly. The view is stunning across the harbour and I am looking forward to visiting again soon! Thank you

Have visited this pub on several occasions throughout the year, for food and drinks, and always been fantastic. Staff have always been welcoming and friendly. We decided to have Christmas Lunch here this year and it did not disappoint. The starter, main and dessert were absolutely delicious and we had empty plates, apart from the mince pie I couldn't eat so took home for later! Staff were attentive, it was table service so didn't even have to go to the bar if you wanted another drink. Price was very reasonable compared to other local venues, so much so that we're booking again for next Christmas.
