Very pleased with our stay. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Room cleaned and tidied at all times when required. Special mention for the reception staff -Naomi on arrival and Annie and Daniella on departure. All staff are a credit to Premier Inns, we are looking forward to our next stay there. Excellent twin room - double bed large and very comfortable although the single bed needed a better quality mattress. Large free car park - seafront only a very short walk (75mtrs). Brilliant !

We were horrified at the aged and well-worn state of the room and the bathroom was totally unacceptable. The toilet was so stained that you really didn’t want to use it, the skirting board was so rotten it was flaking of the wall, the whole room had a strong damp odour and the bath had definitely seen better days. The carpet in the room was heavily marked and when booking a family room for 3 guests I would have expected to have 3 mugs and 3 glasses NOT THE CASE. When checking in we were told by your staff member that our room was on the 1st floor. After going up the stairs with our bags room 49 wasn’t on the 1st floor. When then returning to reception and asking where our rooms was your staff member said she was new and didn’t know!!! The standard of the room and service didn’t reflect your advertisements - RESTING EASY really wasn’t the case.

Lovely hotel in an ideal position for walks , visits to the beach and access to the surrounding area. Most important a safe environment for a solo female traveller. Parking is excellent. The restaurant on site serves good quality food with an excellent selection of drinks.

Stayed in the family room with my two year old son and wife no fridge to keep the child’s milk cold during the day/night also a very unfriendly lady on reception when we arrived at 1.30pm all the other staff smiled and greeted us in a friendly way

From check in to leaving fabulous I just feel so sorry for the restaurant staff as the ones working are under pressure to keep people happy And ya always get your idiot Brit who thinks the world owes them Me I would pay more to get the Staff But big chains don’t care

I had read a lot of reviews concerning this hotel and I must admit I was wondering if I had made a mistake Well I do not know what some people expect but I was more than satisfied All the staff were very friendly The room was as expected and I know the beds are going to be ok but the shower was brilliant The only minor point was the breakfast which was busy and a slight delay in waiting for hot food However when you say unlimited breakfast people do and exhaust the goods!!

We have just left following a 3 night stay at the Premier Inn This reviee covers the hotel itself and not the adjacent restaurant. On arrival, check in was busy but the guy that checked us in apologised for the wait, ran through the necessary info and we were in We stayed in Room 15, which is a family room on the ground floor (handy as this hotel has no lift and the stairs wouls have been a struggle. The lack of a lift is detailed on the website so waa not a surprise) I did see staff assisting with the carrying of suitcases to other floors so they did go out of the way to assist. The room was a standard Premier Inn Family room. Pretty clean and the only visible dirt was some staining on one of the bathroom walls bur mot enough to warrant complaining about. The room was really warm and seems the air con was set to 24 degrees however this can be changed at reception so the rest of our stay was at a cool 19 degrees. The hotel was situated next to Sealife and across the road from the beach. Relatively easy walking distance and on a number of bus routes (a return was approx £10) A taxi from the hotel to the station was £5. The only negative was that, due to the fact the rooms aren't serviced daily as yet, the tea/coffee provided was not adequate for a 3 day stay- we had 2 x coffee and 2 x tea. You could get extra coffee/tea by asking at reception bur perhaps they could put sufficient in for the length of stay (working on the assumption of 2 of each per day) Would reduce the number of times people may have to queue. All the staff we encountered were friendly qnd helpful and we would stay again.

We booked a "family room" which was not as shown on the website as there was no room between all the beds. We had to climb over the beds to get in. We were told by reception that all the rooms at this hotel are the same size, just with a different number of beds in them! The staff were pleasant but unable to help. Fortunately the weather was good because there was no room between our beds and suitcases to be able to spend any time other than in bed. The room was clean, the parking was adequate although spaces a bit tight. However, we will not return as a family.

Great location, hotel defiantly in need of a lick of paint and modernisation, staff were very friendly but overall stay wasn’t great, especially what we paid. Food in the restaurant wasn’t great but with a brewers fayre you should know what to expect. Car park onsite and free which is a plus, overall stay was ok

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions during the past three years but this time was different as we were getting married during our holiday. When the staff found out about our plans they decorated our bedroom and left us a card which was a really thoughtful and unexpected thing for them to do. Particular thanks must go to Annie who organised this for us; she is only 19 but is a great ambassador for the hotel. Thanks again for making us feel so welcome and we will be back again!

This is our third stay at this particular premier Inn. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We were able to store our paddle board this time and bikes last time in a safe secure space instead of leaving them in the car, which is a massive pain. The beach is 3 mins walk. Thank you!

I have stayed at a lot of Premier Inns in the last couple of years and to me Weymouth Seafront was below par. I am 74 and in need of a hip replacement and the room allotted to me (101) was just about as far away from reception as it is possible to get as well as being up two flights of stairs. Not the staff's fault but annoying non-the-less. Also the toilet flush was difficult to work and so in efficient we ended up flushing it using the waste bin as a bucket. Why didn't we complain? because of the time of night and the distance to reception.
