Absolutely awful. The food is bland. 2 of us had chicken burger, no salad or relish, just an overcooked deep fried chicken burger in a cheap dry floury bun. Businesses like this don't deserve to still be around. They are located in a lovely garden and could do so much better with decent food and pleasant staff.

Horrible atmosphere. Ordered some coffees, first one went into a mug. Asked politely for it in a take away cup and got the death stare. Bacon sandwiches are meh and expensive. As I'm writing this finding out the Americano with milk is missing the milk. Avoid!

We had lovely cream teas, tea and coffee at the Seascape Cafe. The staff were very helpful. The cafe is set in beautiful gardens with a great sea view.

Lovely location. But the food was terrible. The meat pasty was the worst I have ever had. It was worse than the cheapest supermarket pasty. The cheese and onion pasty was a slice not a pasty but at least it was edible. No crab on the crab sandwich (£12). The coffee was ok though. Up the food standard and it would be a great place but won't bother again just in case. Sorry

I bet this place never gets repeat business. We were served by the most miserable woman who gave us the death stare when we came up to the counter to place our order! Love, if you hate the general public, don’t work in the service industry!!
If you’re having a horrible day in Weymouth and want to make it worse, come here! The staff are monotone, patronising, and obnoxiously rude to everyone. I have been to 4 countries, 20 US states and I have NEVER experienced something as appalling as these people and their customer service. Felt dangerous.

Terrible service, had two cokes which were draft, tasted terrible so returned them only taken 1 taste. Was told they would not refund or exchange. Eventually swapped for tea's but had to stand there and argue for ages. Prices are rip off and service is terrible. Go down the road. Fortunately it sounds like his business is being bought out, let's hope the service improves. Some people don't understand the slightest about customer service and a little empathy is all is needed.
