“This place used to be ok up until recently where i visited and had to wait 40mins after ordering 2 kids burgers for it to finally be bought out. After the meal itself I then ordered 2 kids sundaes and waited over half an hour before I got up and just asked for a refund (would understand if it was something that had to be cooked but 3 scoops of ice cream shouldnt take that long) to which I got £5 in cash when i paid £13.90 for the actual meal itself, figured id just put the loss of £8.90 i was underpaid as a tip to the waitress for having to deal with the aftermath of many customers. Its no longer the old Gloucester wouldnt go back again.”
