A lovely couple running a quiet dog friendly pub selling great tasting food at a very reasonable price. The BBQ pulled pork burger was very filling with plenty of pulled pork, but what I like best about it was that it came out hot, unlike do many other places. My partner had the chicken and leek pie. That was overflowing with big pieces of chicken and topped with the lightest and flakiest pastry I have ever had.Plenty of parking across the road. Well worth the visit if you're in the area

We came here as we saw the fantastic sign while walking to the north Fort on holiday, it is under new management and they are doing a brilliant job! It's a very welcoming and friendly environment, reasonably priced too.We ordered the loaded chips just for something to nibble on and they went down a treat!Could not fault a single thing about this pub, we're looking forward to coming back in the summer! If anyone struggles with mobility there's a car park outside the pub, you do have to pay but it's the cheapest one in weymouth!! Also free after 6 :)

We wanted a walk around Weymouth and a lovely lunch with our friends and this place was lovely. Good location, tasty home cooked food and lovely owners willing to have a chat and a laugh with us and my husband! ?

Great local pub, well worth the walk up the hill! Very friendly landlord and landlady who have recently taken over and are doing a great job, only stopped for a drink today but will definitely be back to try the food.

Visited after a cold morning fishing. Only had hot chocolate so cannot say anything about the beer. There were a few people having lunch who all seemed to be enjoying themselves. The pub has very recently changed hands. I wish the new people the very best of luck. The vibe was lovely, which caused us to stay way longer than we intended. If you find yourself in that part of town, I can heartily recommend popping in.

We booked a table for 4 adults, 3 babies and one toddler and the team were so accommodating (given our slightly chaotic group of babies and friend reunion happenings). And so this review is mostly to say thank you to the team! And the food was delicious, there were baby changing facilities and lovely view of the harbour as always.

It's a very cosy pub and the staff are very friendly my girlfriend was struggling with her crutches the staff helped her out . The drinks are nice hereWheelchair accessibility: They have steps up to the pub so it's not very accessible for wheelchair and it is a bit of a tight squeeze

A very nice Sunday lunch. The roast dinners (chicken and rosemary infused beef) cooked to perfection. Vegetables freshly cooked.
