Food looks ok, but both fried chicken dishes are not edible due to saturated fat and burnt. Not overpriced, but would have preferred it cooked properly, clearly the fryer was too cold to start with and then left in there too long!\\nWhen asked is everything ok, explained the problem, then just ignored and given the bill.

Enjoyed a very nice lunch. Doing good business, tables well spaced out. Ambience good. Staff very obliging. Good value. Very covid aware, systems working well, table service \\u0026 accompanying to salad bar and serving for guests.

This was my first visit for quite some time. My last visit a few years ago was nothing short of awful.\\nWe all thoroughly enjoyed our meal here on Boxing Day. The service and food were both excellent. Meals were cooked quickly despite the pub being very busy and the presentation was superb.\\nGood sized portions and good value for money. None of us had room for dessert afterwards!\\nOnly small gripe was that the option for juice on the drinks machine wasn’t working but I did receive a refund for that.

Fantastic place. Fast and friendly service. Staff were all brilliant, booking a table was a breeze especially when I said I would be there in a hour ,arrived 15 minutes early and wasn’t a problem. Shown to my table immediately. . Food was tasty. Great atmosphere. And the salad cart was fresh and looked great .have made 2 visits and will be visiting again in the future.recommend to all

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The view is amazing. The food was hot and enjoyable. Only issues we had were that firstly we were called for our salad after our main meal was delivered to our table, meaning our meal would be cold if we had the salad bar. Secondly, we were told that they had no mayonnaise in the whole building, yet when we left, there was a bottle on the bar.

Place was not that busy ask for a table for 2 but was told they where only taking bookings this was at 7.40pm can't imagine many people coming out at this time of the evening.

The one star was for our server who was lovely and helpful. The rest of our experience was awful. Over priced. Small portions. Chips to salty and only a few each. Ordered big salad but wasn't allowed a proper plate had to use small bowls. Toilets blocked and no soap in two. Overall if this way our local harvester we would never go back again.
Food was good but service not so good. Not able to have access to salad bar as we didn't order a main meal. Ordered the same thing a few days ago and was able to have salad.

Compared to my local Harvester this is on another level. Very clean and tidy, lots of room inside and you are not wedged in, very friendly and helpful staff, the salad bar is always well stocked and they didn't cut the portion sizes like my local Harvester. I should also add that they know how to cook food to perfection. With the fantastic location this must be the ultimate Harvester.

Booked a meal using the app and booked the only time available 9.00pm for 5 people as it was my daughter's birthday. Booking was confirmed and we arrived at Spyglass at 9.00pm and we were told the kitchen had closed. The joke was would we like desserts instead of a meal. The assistant manager just shrugged his shoulders and said they are not in control of the online booking. The whole thing stinks as far as I am concerned. I would never set foot in a Harvester again and would never ever recommend it to anyone.

Even though they were understaffed and very busy because of an unexpected Fault, the waiter (Wesley) was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He found us a table straight away and was quick and efficient with service. We were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Everything was right and he made sure we got everything we needed. We'll done. A credit to the company.

Can never seem to be able to book a table have tried about 6 times now on 6 different occasions. Ended up popping in one evening about 5ish for a meal the place was empty and was told they could not fit us in till 8:45 unless we eat outside but had a little one and it was a very windy evening.
