Was overcharged at the beginning, Disgusted with the meal, was meant to be a small fish, came out rock hard like a fish finger, the staff and manager on duty that night was so rude, no customer service at all, just would not listen and kept walking off, even was going to take away a meal someone was eating at time as was told it was what we ordered, disgusted with the whole service we received would never eat in there again

Popped in here on Saturday night. Was a nice experience, until watching a young man behind the bar in a checked shirt bossing everyone around. Coming on to the floor whilst waitress/waiters were trying to serve customers. Unprofessional and not needed, poor staff! Wouldnt be wanting to work in that environment! But prior to that food was good, drink service was good. Just a shame to of witnessed that.

Would give no stars if I could, you go in and the lady that ‘manages’ the place and her pals will make you feel uncomfortable with judgement and overheard them speaking very inappropriately about the young staff. Bragging about making them not have money is ridiculously shallow considering you’re on minimum wage and that old. So sad.

Popped in for lunch and drinks. Service was very quick and the food arrived piping hot. It was well presented and very tasty. Staff were very friendly. As with all Wetherspoon pubs they offer very good value. Well worth a visit.

Went on a busy Saturday night. Some interesting customers in there, but service from the pub was good. Food and drink nice. Kevin (the older bloke) was very friendly and efficient.

Lovely meal.Great food and even better customer service. Kevin is an asset to your company, he went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience.

Always busy due to the low prices for food and drink. Good sized garden area with plenty of seats. Typical Wetherspoons decor and atmosphere. Very large interior.

It is what it is. A better Spoons, a bit tired round the edges but we had a nice value meal and drink with no fuss, to expect more than that you're in the wrong place. All goodDietary restrictions: Vegan menu

Ideal to drop in for a drink,or food can be a very busy pub, not when we visited, also one of the few Wetherspoons where the tables are cleaned when people have eaten. Some Wetherspoons we have visited are covered in dirty crocks and glasses, not this one.

Had a lovely meal here. The food and building itself are stand Wetherspoons fare. Solid but nothing special. What made this a great meal was the friendly staff who came round and asked if our meal was ok. Would go back again.
We had an excellent lunch at The Swan. Service was great and we really enjoyed our fish & chips. Also, the beer selection was really good.

Large room. Typical wetherspoons with cheap beer and characters. Just love them. Nice pint of Guinness and cheap. Enjoyed.

Decided to have a breakfast asked to change the 3 hash browns ended up with half a tomato on one and extra bacon on mine. The plate presentation was very poor halfway through I realised I had no sausages they reluctantly brought one over ,probably assuming that I had eaten them ( which I hadn't) the mushroom looked very sorry for itself. The ingredients seemed good quality, will return but next time order a normal breakfast but pay the 50p extra for a whole tomato

Before attending the annual Weymouth Beer Festival at the Pavillion I decided to call in at The Swan, a J. D. Wetherspoon pub in the centre of town, for the usual light cooked breakfast and a refillable mug of coffee. Both the service and the food were good with the tables being cleaned regularly and - as ever - the male toilets were scrupulously clean. The hidden gem at The Swan is a little, walled Beer Garden at the back of the pub which is a lovely, sheltered sun trap, so I sat at a table there to eat and drink. The Swan is popular with locals and visitors alike and has a buzzing, friendly atmosphere with a good range of well-kept beers served by friendly and helpful staff. At this price point it ticked all of my boxes and met my legitimate expectations of a Wetherspoon pub.

Great service, facilities and good range of food and drink available for all. Nicely situated in town.
