Buffet breakfast.Customers we mostly waiting for hot food to be brought out.Several customers complaining.Big food outlet not fulfilling potential could be set up better instead of small amounts of food being served up to satisfy many. All other times we visited have been good but breakfasts need some reviewing.

We had a family meal here a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed my vegan burger and chips and vegan dessert. We had a waitress I think her name was Megan (if not I am really sorry) She was amazing and very attentive, really looked after us. I think they were short staffed as she made the desserts but they were great.Vegetarian options: Good Vegetarian and Vegan options.

Well I ordered a ribeye steak and I have to say it was poor. It was tough thin and overcooked, the waitress was amazing, Megan, and she did all she could to resolve the issue. The second steak was actually no better, still overcooked and again very thin, although I didn't want to complain again. I would like to point out 2 things. The first is to Beefeater, get decent steak, and cook it properly. you are supposed to be the place for a steak after all. Megan, thank you, you were amazing, and the food does not reflect on your service, Beefeater give here a rise, she represents your company extremely well.

Worst service iv had in ages all managers were to busy on their phones and flirting with eachother to serve people.

Superb Christmas Day meal, 2nd year at The Beefeater Weymouth, even better this year, Megan our waitress, friendly, smiley nothing too much trouble, Dom the manager, smart and efffcient. The food was excellent, tasty and plenty of it, never felt rushed or that they wanted us gone. Well done to you all, already booked for 2024........ can't wait. ❤️

Went for a Christmas works meal, pre ordered and pre paid. There was other parties there however despite preordering and paying they did not have all the sides or desserts in stock. It was disappointing been there before and was great service.

Well what can I say this place is rubbish, booked a festive meal our main courses were delivered on serving dishes not plates, I can only assume the dishwasher was broken , non-existent or didn't turn up for work . We couldn't order a cheese board we were told "they didn't have any cheese" even though the restaurant is next to a large Sainsburys super market, my guess is it was to time consuming to put together with the lack of staff they had on. The table service is very very slow and by lack of trained staff I had to go and ask for condiments the waitress delivered the food to the table and run. The final straw is the card machine is still broken its been like it for weeks apparently so you have to go to the bar on the way out, not a great end to a festive meal. I don't think the staff get any tips either may be they should ask themselves why? I'm afraid its another example of a very poorly run UK chain restaurant owned by Whitbreads who are just ripping people off as most people who eat here are tourists, avoid this place.

The service we received was excellent, polite, friendly staff coupled with fast service and piping hot food. It makes for a very pleasant experience ?

Polite staff. Good service, but chips were cold and replaced. Two burgers, were very over cooked. Mixed grill was very good. When wetherspoons burgers are better, they must be bad.

Just one person serving the entire restaurant. Cooked breakfast isn't served until 08:00 which isn't explained at the Premier Inn when you arrive. Such a late start would be prohibitive for many people staying here yet included in their booking. Even when you arrive multiple customers are left wandering around the restaurant trying to find out where the food is. Also, despite the rest of the restaurant being told that cooked breakfast isn't available until 08:00, there are still certain preferred customers who appear to have cooked items on their plates.

We were staying at the Premier Inn next door and booked a meal deal for one night with breakfast and just breakfast the following day. The receptionist at the Premier Inn told us the earliest we could eat for dinner was 8.30 however we went across to the Beefeater shortly after 7pm and they fitted us in which was a much better time for us. The waitress was very friendly and the food was OK. My son had a side of garlic prawns with his steak, £4.99 for two prawns is quite expensive. The food at dinner was much better than breakfast both mornings. The plates were stone cold which meant the food from the buffet was cold before we sat down. The waiting staff were working hard but whether they were short staffed or just overworked meant that things kept running out. They were clearing tables whilst being asked for things like butter (the restaurant had run out) and were constantly being asked for spoons etc. We could see into the kitchen from where we were sat and saw the croissants being loaded onto a tray ready to be brought out. Although there are tongs for customers to use the person in the kitchen was not using tongs or wearing gloves which didn't feel very hygienic. It was OK but not one of the best Premier Inns we have stayed at.

Great evening with amazing food. Staff had to put up with numerous complaints regarding the heating system (that was out of their control) but they all dealt with all the issues with grace and dignity. We were not is a rush for our food as we live locally but found everything to be above standard. Would highly recommend to this beefeater and our server Megan was wonderful. Many thanks xx

Staying in the premier inn and not feeling like a drive again tonight we decided to eat in the beef eater just over the road Food was good had the chargrilled half chicken and the turkey roast What made the experience great was the service Olivia was attentive funny and for once so nice to meet someone who really cares whether or not you have a great evening…. Thank you ?

Very disappointing. I ordered fillet steak, medium rare with extra garlic king prawns and peppercorn sauce. Total cost £27.97 but we were there for my husband's birthday. Total disappointment. Steak was chargrilled to the point of toughness, cooked medium well to well done, dry and tasteless. No mushroom and two dry prawns. The server asking about sauces disappeared before I had a chance to finish chewing and make my requests. The restaurant was not busy and the same server found time to chat to other customers. My husband enjoyed his mixed grill but it would seem small cost cutting measures are in place. Although we had a voucher I would not rate this restaurant as value for money.
