No stars, but that isn't an option. Basically I paid for 2 delivery pizzas ASAP and after 90 minutes called to politely ask when they would be arriving. I was rudely told that I didn't answer the door (I was in and checked the doorbell was working) and therefore wasn't eligible for a refund. I'll never use Chester-le-Street Dominos again, or Dominos again for that matter, given the customer service I didn't recieve.

I've ordered a delivery on many occasions and the best person I've spoken to is Tommy, he's very polite and makes sure you get the best deal for your money, i had the wrong pizza delivered but rang back and had the correct pizza delivered with cookies ? to make up for the mistake thanks

Ordered pitsa in-store, informed ready in 10 to 15 mins. left & returned 9 mins later. when questioned 5 to 6 mins later assistant lied saying ready shortly. Pitsa not prepared, not in oven. THIRD time in two months. Meatball thrown at assistant preparing my pitsa (15 mins after ordered) by staff member Meatball picked up off floor and thrown backwards and forwards by staff. told staff forget the pitsa & asked for refund. forced to give personal details to gain refund... Reported this to dominoes UK who refunded money paid, apologised on behalf of their franchise staff, stating staff will be given further training. Lunatics will end up giving someone food poisoning. Will never use C/L Street Dominoes again... EVER. I STRONGLY advise others to stay away from ordering pitsa at this store.
This Dominos will rip you off. Substantially more expensive than Dominos Durham - between 50p-£2 depending on whether it's a side, pizza or crust upgrade.Will try to lure you in with deals like 20% off £25 spend... Won't be quite as transparent in telling you everything is 20%+ more expensive haha! Avoid.

Poor service item missing from order so I contacted them to be told they would send the missing item out that which would have been fine but two hours later still no missing item rang back to be told nobody knows anything about it.Not a good service

Just went on to order a pizza etc from the shop at chester le st, went for delivery as norm , I live a mile away from shop and I now see they have put a delivery charge on of £1.99 , another charge as if around 17 quid for a pizza is not enough . My order is normally around 30 quid , well no more domino's for me until they remove the greedy delivery charge . You loss domino's.
