First visit to fabio's. Was a recommendation from.a friend.. We don't usually go out for a Sunday lunch but after hearing great things we gave it a try. We visited on Nov 12th remembrance Sunday so the place seemed pretty busy. We were served very quickly and drinks arrives soon after. Two of us had the trio of meats Lamb, beef and chicken served with mash roasties and veg. The kids opted for pizza..All food was great and washed down with a pint of Cafferies shandy. Really enjoyed our visit and will be returning soon..

Food amazing definitely worth a trip there, Sunday lunch can't go wrong. Music a bit loud though, difficulty hearing across the table.

First time visiting. It was a Monday evening so obviously quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was good - I had olives and bread to start, my partner had soup of the day. The olives were underwhelming but still decent with lovely toasted bread drizzled with a tasty basil oil. For main course my partner had a burger and I had chicken with onions and mushrooms. The chicken was moist, well seasoned and the onions and mushrooms were nicely cooked, if a little oily, but had lots of flavour. We really enjoyed our evening, the atmosphere was lovely and will be back ?

Visited this restaurant about a year ago with my youngest daughter for lunch on a Saturday and we were both very happy Was in the area again on a Sunday and decided to visit again along with my eldest daughter and my wife 3 of us had Sunday roast which was really good my youngest daughter had the spaghetti Bol and loved it Restaurant was very busy and staff all ran off their feet but still very friendly service and very quick. Waiter shot changed us at the end I’m sure this was a genuine mistake and returned with more than we were owed but would not let us pay the full amount and was very apologetic. Will defiantly return next time we are in the area

Incredible takeaway roast dinners. The chicken was juicy, tons of gravy, and I don't know what you put in that mash but oh lord! We will definitely be ordering again next time we're up.

Ordered childs beef Sunday dinner (can't eat an adult one) Roadt beef just fell apart was delicious, varies vegetables and mash & roast potato and gravy. There was 5 slices or beef. Everything was very tasty. Wether it be take away or eat in im never disappointed at Fabios.

Went for an evening meal with a couple of friends. Staff friendly, food lovely, restaurant is clean. Only reason for 4 stars is staff just automatically kept the change from my bill as a tip. It was £16 which is a lot to assume. We had to ask for the change back and they had no idea how much it was, which also seemed strange. Other than that, nice local restaurant and I will return. On a separate note, the Sunday dinner is delicious. Portions are huge and you get loads of meat! We get a Sunday dinner delivered quite regularly.

I was looking for a restaurant on my way to the cricket ground and, after reading some reviews, I chose Fabios. What a mistake! After being ignored for 5 minutes while standing at the podium I was finally shown to a table by a very grumpy waiter. Not a good start however I soon noticed that all the waiters had the same demeanor. Very poor! I ordered lasagne which was served within minutes without a smile. I can only describe it as inedible. It was absolutely dreadful. It had obviously been heated in a microwave. It was a mound of pasta (I'm still looking for some meat!) drenched in red sauce (allegedly tomato) and smothered in cheese no doubt added to try and give the dish some flavour. It looked as bad as it tasted. Without doubt this was one of the worst dishes I have ever experienced and can only recommend that you avoid Fabios at all cost. Disgraceful.

Very nice food, shame about the surly older male waiter. Not sure he is in the right job, would not go back because of his attitude.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a food takeaway from Fabio's. I ordered a few dishes, and unfortunately, none of them lived up to my expectations. The first disappointment was the sticky toffee pudding. Not only was it cold (frozen?!) and hard, but its appearance was quite off-putting as well. It had an odd texture that made me hesitant to even give it a try. Next up was the pizza Parmo which too my surprise, was without the rocket, which was another letdown. Another one was the goats cheese on the Rustica Primavera pizza which was tasteless. Lastly, the cheesecake of the day was a questionable choice. I couldn't help but wonder if it was truly a cheesecake. The taste and texture were unlike any cheesecake I've had before, leaving me uncertain about what I was actually eating.

Fabio's was recommended to us by a friend that lives in the area. The food was average, no better than any other Italian restaurant. On checking our bill we noticed we had been overcharged on two items. We brought this to the waiters attention who took the bill away and amended it. He did not seem to be very bothered about this. On returning to our hotel I checked other Tripadvisor reviews. This seems this happens quite often. If you decide to eat in Fabios then please check your bill before paying. Would not return to Fabios for this reason. Read the other reviews before going too.

I have been here before and really enjoy it. The food is outstanding. My husband had potato skins for starter and I had the black pudding. He had Alfredo pasta for main and I had the Cajun chicken. It was outstanding as it was before. The service was quick and the food nice and hot. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because I actually fainted in the restaurant as I was really hot. Not one member of staff came to help my husband. It was another customer who helped him pick me up and got me a chair. The only member of staff next to us was standing waiting for payment. I’m sorry but if a customer has an accident I would have thought they would be your first priority. I was not drunk, i had one alcoholic drink and a Diet Coke. Once outside I was fine as I cooled down and we went elsewhere. The whole of my right side is covered in bruises from the step. Come on Fabios get your priorities right.
