Usually great but please let customers know you’re leaving the till and that you wont be back for ten minutes. Say “this till is closed” don’t say “2 secs” as I arrive and then disappear.Stood like a plumb watching another 8 people get served before just rejoining the queue. It might not seem a lot but feeling like an idiot on display is not what you want from a bakery chain.

One gluten free option,,,,and music far too loud ,,,,Dietary restrictions: Only 1 gluten free option which is frustrating as vegan and vegetarian are covered .there could be more gluten free pre packed cakes or sandwiches.

Disappointed to find you no longer do single stotties. As I got told rather sharply we don’t do singles only doubles. So I had to buy a double pack and will throw one out as I won’t eat 2 within a few days. Will lock elsewhere in future.

Had very delicious pigs in blankets baguette today,so much nicer than Starbucks version (over £5),Greggs is under £4,really very tasty.
Sunday afternoon...not many places open for food in Chester Le Street.Having a few pints with a mate...need food.GREGGS open. Saved me with pizza slices and a steak bake. LOL
