Very good food, the service was lovely, and honestly we had the best waiter in the world, poppadoms were perfect and crunchy with several sauces and the bahji's were proper big, way more than I expected the portions are large and there is a biiiiiiggggg menu ? ?.

Fantastic old school Indian restaurant. Great food, value for money and ambiance. Staff are great and interested in what you want to experience, taste, heat etc.

Service was good, cooked in a timely manner however the food wasn't great. The curry was pure onions and dry chicken, very disappointed, the chicken pakoras were in a very greasy batter and for £7 I ate 1 of the 4... very expensive for really bad food.Ordered a take out so can't comment on atmosphere hence mid stat rating. My memories of India wasn't a memory I'd like to remember.

Do not go here, staff very rude just been charged £30 for food we never received, they should change with name to Turpins as it’s highway robbery, will never use these thieves again

I come here with the girls from work. The food is always delicious, the portions are generous, and the service will always be warm and friendly. It's easy to park close by too.

Moved away from Chester-Le-Street now, but still think of Memories. Hands-down the best Indian takeaway I've ever had.

Had a very poor takeaway from here recently and essentially binned it. Watery sauce, lukewarm rice and terrible poppadoms. Now I find they have just been given a ZERO Hygiene Rating by the local Council!! That's as bad as it can possibly get. Avoid if you value your health.

Stopped for a meal on Friday night had a chicken Sri Lanka with veg Pelaw rice and a onion Bhaji to start. Service was good and staff seemed happy to see us. Would recommend.
