come here a lot, food and service is often 10/10 however my most recent visit had to be my worst ever. lass that works there, i think her name was like phoebe or chelsea, spat in my food, also found one of her hairs in it

I had a suprise party for my dad at chesters. We bought 15 pizzas dips and fries ..We got it all for a excellent price it's was delicious everyone loved it.all the food came nice and hot and on time.Staff were very helpful and friendly would highly recommendThanks again.

Everytime I go in , especially with my son, they treat us like we are their star customers. They address us by name, always make my son feel special. He loves going in and waits for their recognition, fantastic family run business, wouldn't want to eat anywhere else

Been coming here for years. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Tasty food, I usually order pizza. Chips taste very similar to McDonald's.

Unfortunately I have had varying experiences when ordering from SFC. A few times the fast food restaurant has exceeded expectations, however more recently this has not been the case. Although from time to time the salt levels varied, it was nothing major but for my latest experience this was not the case. I ordered at 19:51 and the website led me to believe the food would arrive ASAP. I then chased them up by calling them at 20:35 to which they replied the food will be leaving the shop in 2 minutes and is on its way for delivery. The doorbell then rang at 20:55 to which a delivery man was standing at the door juggling the food as the paper bag for which I paid 20p and hence ought to have been plastic had ripped. Although a ripped bag is not too big of an issue, the reason for it had led to our food being ruined too. The sauce from the wrap which was completely open from one side had spilled all over the other food and bag creating a mushy mess. The wrap was soggy and inedible with the salad looking far from fresh. The salad in the burger was also of the same calibre. Overall the quality and service were both disappointing.
