Very welcoming people I had a a leg injury,, they helped me with everything carried my drinks helping me to my seat, also helping me to the disabled toilet, whenever i needed a cigarette they brang mybdrinks out for me ,went over and above 5

One of the newer bars in Crook. Bright, modern interior with a good vibe. Good selection of wines, lagers, spirits and cocktails with friendly staff. It's not an 'olde worlde' pub, but it's a nice clean trendy venue.Parking: There is a large car park about two minutes walk away but you can't park outside the place itself.

This place is a gem , tucked away along Hope street it is relaxing, contemporary, prices are good, staff are brilliant and the range of drinks and cocktails is excellent, it's a must visit place.

Had a delicious Fathers Day family Sunday lunch in lovely surroundings. The Sunday lunch was gorgeous and the boys had deserts which looked really good. Cocktails are the best in County Durham. Worth a visit just for a drink. The staff were great and kept coming over asking if we wanted more drinks, extra gravy or sauces. We couldn’t fault them. Cannot understand the negative reviews as we have always had first class service, amazing food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and I am hard to please. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
Awful atmosphere, feels very unwelcoming, food needs improving, the list goes on! Crumbs on the seats everywhere, food on the floor, won’t be coming back!

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but feel like I need to, So today we went for Sunday dinner for Mother’s Day, Our dinners came out with only one roast potato on each of our dinners we asked for more but were told there was non left, then non of us could eat our mash potato as all we could taste was garlic, definitely a strange combination..All in all a very poor Sunday dinner
