Enjoyed a lovely evening at the Copper Mine last night. Food was as always excellent, staff were friendly and courteous. Couldn't really ask for more. Without doubt the best pub eatery in the area. Never disappointed.

What a find! Everything was fabulous. The food was perfect and we loved the choice! There must be a really good chef/ kitchen team behind the scenes! The house team were unbelievable - the staff actually seemed to like working there. Beer great. Our dog was given a bowl full of roast beef. We will definitely be back. And the bill shocked us in being so low!!! We ate so well and we all had a lovely time. What more could you ask for!

This is somewhere recommended by numerous friends and certainly lived up to our expectations. A pub with lots of character, welcoming staff who seemed happy in their roles, very attentive and pleasant. The menu was varied, made interesting reading and had something to suit our group with an age range of 20 - 89, male and female. We were there for lunch and with good portion sizes we were unable to even consider desserts, maybe next time. This was Friday lunch and so pleased we had a table booked as it was busy which is great to see.
