Delicious piping hot fish and chips. Pleasant staff, quick service , good menu, nice environment. Restaurant was pleasantly busy when we called in for lunch. We were served quickly and the fish, chips and mushy peas we had were delicious. Good price too !

Called for lunch few days ago. Absolutely lovely fish and chips…. We ordered a small portion, quite enough for us though. One of us didn’t want chips, only fish but they couldn’t knock the chips price off… bit unfair I thought. Staff are lovely and eager to help. We’d definitely go back

Straight-up review. This is a Fish and chip shop in an Outlet Shopping venue. The prices it charges are ridiculous, surely this is down to high rents, but can't be based on the venue. Lovely shop, But its pricing is more on the inner-city not a out-of-town shopping outlet in a former mining town (Murton) of a financially deprived area of County Durham.Suppose it aims at a captive audience, do some shopping and pop in for something to eat.Great quality food, but absolutely not value for money.

Better than expected! You don't normally get a decent fish and chip shop in this type of setting but very nice. I've been about 5 times now and every time it has been great with excellent service!Kid-friendliness: Colouring in mats. Fast food tooWheelchair accessibility: Nice easy space to get around and chairs are moved to accommodate wheel chair

No toilets or baby changing you need to go outside to public toilet £2.50 16oz for Pepsi but glass was filled with ice to brim so maybe only 150ml in my glass It was almost £50 for 3 of us, a pepsi each and 3 mains Chips undercooked, fish batter wet Wouldn’t recommend

The fish I had here was sublime! Beautiful. Very friendly , swift service and really nice surroundings. I appreciate chips are supposed to be crisp and not floppy , so I'm not going to criticise, but for me personally I like floppy chips ?. But I would certainly recommend. Reasonably priced too!

Honestly, the place is pristine clean and tidy, is the coolest fish and chip restaurant i've been in. Then you get the fish and chips. Wow. The lightest and fluffiest of batters with succulent cod with lovely thick chips. All garnished and with a pot of tartar. This place is the bomb. So cool. If you go to Seaham, get the fish and chips from here, beyond doubt. I love it when I find a banging fish and chip shop. Like gold dust.

came to the Park and could smell this place before we saw it. Delicious fish and chips, however they sell much more than that, a great menu, lovely staff especially the fryer, made us feel very very welcome. Nice and clean, plenty seats and tables.

Decent little Fish and Chip shop. All of the waitresses were (The) Pretty Things and not a single one had Bad Manners. They came over and took our order promptly. It cost about £30 for two fish and chips, curry sauces and a couple of drinks. We paid the waitress at our table, I think she was a Blondie. There was no (The) Jam listed on the menu and I didn't see if they had any (The) Specials or child's portions although there were plenty of Small Faces in there. Loads of parking for your (The) Lambrettas or (The) Cars.Restaurant is done out in a mod theme, red white and blue and is pretty funky. I suppose you could say it's an Oasis of calm from shopping. ?

Must be the best cod bites and chips I have ever eaten. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the cafe spotlessly clean. Loved the Quadrophenia theme.
