Jamie is always super friendly, and always finds us a table! He makes us feel very welcome and always comes over and asks how we are all doing. He goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service.Dietary restrictions: Staff always ask about allergies before we order which is so important as my son has epipens for a serious milk allergy. They always come and wash the area where he is sitting before serving his food. They check thoroughly that his food is safe and free from milk before I order. They bring his out separately with an allergy stick. Brilliant service, I feel very comfortable with him eating here as there is not many restaurants that are suitable for his allergies.Kid-friendliness: Staff are super friendly and helpful with the kids, they are very welcime

Had another great meal in the Dancing Betty tonight. Jamie is fab, always smiles, nothing is too much trouble for him. Myself and my husband are regulars and more often than not Jamie is always there. Even on weekends when the pub is extremely busy Jamie will always make time to speak to us, the staff he works with are very lucky to have him.Parking: Great location
Despite this not being our local, this is our regular all due to the staff and quality of food. Great quality food every single time and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Aimi particularly is a credit to this pub. Amazing service and she demonstrates values above and beyond to what you’d expect. Absolutely perfect. We were greeted at the door and shown to our reserved table immediately. The food is always delicious and there was a good selection to choose from.Parking: There is plenty of parking here as it’s on a retail park.

We had a carvery for 4 today and it was mediocre to terrible at best. The beef was so tough I had to spit it out, the Yorkshires were dry and chewy, the red cabbage tasted like cheap vinegar, the peas and cauliflower were raw.. not Al dente but raw and hard. I complained to a member of staff who said she had told the kitchen. No offer of a refund even though I hadn't eaten most of the food. In hindsight I should have argued the point but had to get away. Overall disappointed.

Dancing Betty is an amazing place to eat and chat. Their food is fantastic and the staff are even better. Jamie always welcomes us with a smile and goes above and beyond for customers.
