Extremely slow. Over 20 minutes at the drive through and it’s even worse if you go inside! Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

staff member called abi (brown hair and glasses) was extremely rude to me and my daughter. heard her saying she was going to spit in our food and take ages handing it out. will not be returning in the near future as of this awful experience!!!

Always Very busy but the service is fast. Food always hot and staff are helpful. Nice and clean. My grandkids always choose this mcdonalds out of all of them in the area.Parking: Large parking area but always busy due to the drive throughKid-friendliness: Very friendly. Don't waste your time ordering from this one as they always forget items off your order and never put straws on for your drinks. Tried ringing but got no answer. Went into store and just got told you will have to put a complaint in so the staff are not helpful in details with the matter as well.
I'd recommend you eat-in because, that way, you can check your order is correct.In my experience I've had so many items missing from my Drive-thru orders I don't really bother for myself anymore!

Really sorry but the 3 food items purchased were cold. Our Granddaughter was hungry and ate some of hers but my wife's was that cold she could not eat it. The lady that was working on the floor was great and got it replaced (thank you very much) and the lady that took my order was also very helpful. But you should be able to serve hot food. :(
