Absolutely disgusting experience tonight. It’s been getting slowly worse over the past few weeks but tonight took it a step too far. Chicken balls had barely any chicken in them, all batter - disgusting. The sauce provided was incredibly small, barely anything, called up and was told I would have to order a separate sauce in future to get sufficient to match the chicken balls provided. Chips freezing cold, they are always cold when they arrive (despite other Chinese’s in Spennymoor managing to delivery food piping hot) but again tonight it was worse and they were freezing. Absolutely horrific experience, waste of money. I will not be returning.

Ordered from this Chinese on many occasions. Personal opinion, the best takeaway restaurant in Spennymoor. The food is always of very good quality and delivery is always within half an hour of ordering. Looking forward to my next order!

Terrible customer service , was very late home from work orderd food on phone was very clear in asking for one dish with rice the other with chips, drove round to collect got home no rice phoned up and was told by very rude girl I ordered 2 chips i didn't. Food was bland and watery very disappointed

Good ratings in the past but tonight's Chicken Chow Mein was completely devoid of any Chinese flavours. Very basic thin gravy over quite a lot of chicken and mushy beansprouts. Won't reorder.

Our first takeaway meal for two tonight after being recommended to us by a friend. We really enjoyed our food. Vey tasty, plenty of chicken and generous portions. We will definitely return!
