Had to wait half an hour and complain twice for a ham and cheese crossaint , my parents food and coffee was eaten long before we had seen our food. Crossaint was lovely just didn't appreciate the long wait .It was difficult to find a clean table.

So popped into Asda for a quick drink and light lunch. Whilst waiting in the queue I noticed they had an example afternoon tea on display not sure how long it had been on display but the sandwich had grown penicillin. I waited in the queue sometime and eventually ordered two vegetable soups which were to be brought to our table. The soup eventually arrived in two dog type bowls and we were advised to watch out as it was hot but if not hot enough we could use the microwave. The soup was cold and very unappealing, we did try to heat it but the bowls got hotter than the soup and one did appear to crack. The place generally looked untidy and definitely would not recommend at all.

As title says last time i was here was 4 years ago as wasn’t impressed then and now its slightly better, staff ok but not enough of them also menu choice poor and prices not the best, the cafe doesn’t draw you in and looks quite drab ,could be a winner with a bit more thought as competing with other more well know cafes in area.seating could be better and organised better.wont rush back soon

So sorry to say this but this cafe is a disgrace.i had been here a few times over the years and found it really good, the food choices were good, staff friendly, went yesterday 9/11 /23. absolutely rubbish no food at all but a large menu up. When I asked why was a menu when they didn't have any food at all answer was I have no idea . he said it wasn't anything to do with him I just work here don't get told anything. Please get this cafe sorted out, or stop putting large food menu up when they have no food at all. It's ridiculous

I had a fish finger sandwiches which was on bread as they had run out of buns. There were 3 tiny fingers inbetween two massive slices of bread. So over half the sandwich was empty. It wasn't buttered and the fish fingers were such poor quality...they had hardly contained any fish they were a poor fish cake finger. My mum's cheese and ham toasty was burnt. The tables hadn't been cleaned and the service was very very slow.Besides that it was great.

So, they have a “Meal Deal”! I chose toastie a bag of crisps and a DRINK as it states on the advert? However, when I asked for a cup of tea I was told by an extremely grumpy and seemingly I knowledgable man that I wasn’t allowed as the TILL didn’t recognise it as a drink? Seriously? Apparently you can only have a COLD drink! They need to stop false advertising and change the signage!

Dropped in with a friend for a quick lunch. What a bad choice! The tea was terrible, hardly warm and cheap tea bags. I ordered a bacon sandwich and the best you could say about it was it was just edible! The choice of food was very limited My friends food of a sandwich and biscuit was the same. The whole area needs a revamp as the seats were torn and very worn out. Will not be going again.

Perfect place to stop for a quick coffee or a bite to eat as you shop! Peak times/weekends can be difficult to find a seat but staff are always accommodating and helpful.

Ok food although not much choice

Was served over cooked dry food on afternoon. Would give it another try but based on what was served on this visit it's got two stars.
