Came here for breakfast as we were staying at the Premier Hotel. Bit of a disappointment. The hit food was lovely and plenty of it, spoke with the breakfast chef who was very nice. The table we sat at was sticky could have done with a clean cloth wipe, the carpet was covered in food from the previous evening. The long table with the cold drinks,toaster, cereals etc was dripping wet with spilt drinks, the usual appliance to toast had broke so an ordinary toaster was being used but didn't toast at all. Couldn't find the tea making facilities! and there was no on to ask.\\nSpoke to some of the staff and found out they were under staffed due to covid. They spoke highly of their restaurant manager who was obviously over worked. At £9.50 ahead for breakfast, this is something that needs to be addressed by the owners asap!

The Talpore is British pub grub, it is a good menu with lots of choice and good food. The staff were helpful and apologetic as due to supply issues on our visit there were a lot of items not available.\\n\\nThe food and drinks we did get were tasty, well presented and hot. It was all eaten by our table of 4 adults and 3 children.\\n\\nStaff were lovely and made sure we were looked after.\\n\\nWill visit again.

Needs a deep clean. Fair enough it was Saturday afternoon 4p.m. to be exact,but really!!!\\nFood under the table we sat at,and a kids drink bottle.\\nToilet s again could do with some attention.\\nStaff were lovely, attentive and polite.\\nWouldn't Rush back sorry.

The Talpore offers a continental as well as a standard breakfast offer where you can select from a massive range of options. There was suitable social distancing and helpful service. You are not rushed from your seats which is a nice change in the current situation.

It's a Beefeater mass chain so you know what to expect. Ordered the mixed grill and my steak was very slightly undercooked, but still nice food. In this day and age you know what to expect when you visit these chains and all are pretty much the same as the others
