Usually love Burger King and have used the Stockton one each time I do. Stuck at work so ordered via Uber eats, delivery quick, driver great , food great, drink warm! When you get a Coke Zero that’s warm its hardly acceptable and the order system has it listed as a cold drink. Now stuck in work for next 3 or 4 hours with no drink.

The staff is really helpful and easy to get along with, especially the manager Levi who always goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant time. The assistant manager James also is very friendly, and others such as Joe, Adam and harrison. These boys are friendly and will more than happily fix any mistakes. I go in every day and my order is never missing anything, wrong in any way and has always tasted nice. No complaints! :)

Massively disappointed with this Burger king. Decided to come here because I wanted to try something different than McDonald's latest cardboard variety they offered so gave burger king a go.First off the stuff on the menu and screens differ and was having to use their website to see what they had to offer. The girls at the counter were very friendly and polite (the only redeeming factor of this place).Got my order but somehow cost more than i worked out what it was to find out they charge Tax on the total instead of including tax on the price of the food individually.Lastly the drinks machine broke down, the manager was making no attempt to fix this and kept saying "if u want the flavoured drinks we can't help you".I think I'll stick to Ronalds cardboard variety from now on.

I've visited a number of times but the customer service 9/10 is pretty awful, can't even crack a smile. The girls wear false nails and no hair nets. You do get much better service at other fast food restaurants and the latest gag is paying for condiments.

For fast food I could have gone to the supermarket to buy everything to then go home and cook it quicker than it took to make them. Wasn't that hot either won't be back in a hurry

I ordered my food for delivery it was freezing and when we rang to complain the lady Kerry was so rude with my mam telling her it wasn’t her problem and then put the phone down on my mam would never recommend
