Manager refuses to sort out my very late delivery, just told me it should be with me in another 20 minutes and to call back Tuesday to sort it! Food finally turned up moussaka was quite nice tbh the chips not so nice. Driver also left the gate open!! If a gate is closed when you turn up close it on your way out. Also my food was upside down and grease everywhere!

Wafer thin parmo. Chips OK, salad definitely not fresh brown lettuce. In my honest opinion far better places and not really feel like I've had value for the money spent. Would I go again obviously not.

If Google gave the option of zero stars, this place would get it.Parmo’s fried in very, very well used veggie oil, surprised it didn’t set alight whilst they were shotting it together. Chips probably fried in same old oil, cremation would have been kinder to the poor potato!Cheese, well, there’ll be no cheers for that cheese, right queer tinge to it! Bech?…… yous have been bech’er not using the stuff, absolutely rank!WHOLE MEAL WAS RANK! Why is hardly no decent takeaways left in Stockton??

The driver rang advising that he couldn't locate the property and didn't have time because he had other orders to deliver (apparently receiving mine wasn't an option any longer).. rang the shop, whoever answered also didn't have time as he was too busy dealing with customers in store (whos money they havent yet taken).. apparently, competency to follow a postcode and customer service isn't required to work here possibly dodged a bullet on the food with other standards so low.

I waited 1 hour before having the order being cancelled, I was told extremely briefly after cancellation that it was "Too busy fella" and promptly hung-up on. Poor price, poor service and no food in return.

Placed an order and asked for the price they said £42. Thought it was a bit steep. Added it up on just eat and it came to £32. Rang back to ask them to check and they said they’ve put their prices up. Sounds like they just made the price up. Cancelled the order and rang somewhere else. Got the exact same thing for £31.

Absolute rip off. £10 for a mixed kabab. My wife ordered chips cheese and mayonnaise. Charged £1.10 for for mayonnaise so my wife went with out. Stay clear.
Food was on time. Pizzas were disgusting. Tasted like old fat from a pan. We have tried a lot of different pizzas, and had some which weren't great, but this is the first one that is actually inedible. Informed the restaurant to be courteous.

Rang food at 11.40pm was told 40 minute's rang up after 1 hour and no answers no sign of food nearly 1 hour and 40 minutes still no food and wen ringing up no answer like it's shut ?????

Vile I used to love this place now its gone right down food is disgusting hair on the chips which put me off before even looking to see the parmo full of fat and soggy breadcrumbs asif it had been left over night cheese was like glue and was freezing took 2 hours to come just to be binned more than half my order to be missing rang up as obviously I was not happy just to have abuse shouted at me then phone slammed down NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Realy bad customer service WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!! We rang and ordered a full parmo, extra portion of chips, large garlic and a small chilli. They said it would be 40. After 1 hour of waiting we rang up and asked how much more longer it would be they said just a little bit longer after an extra 40 minutes of waiting it came. They only gave us a half a parmo when we ordered a full and didn't give us the extra chips. We rang back up and said we havnt got our extra chips and a full parmo that we ordered could use bring them to our house. They said it might have been a tecnicult difficulty with the phone then said we must have not ordered that. We rang back 10 minutes later and they were not giving us what we paid £16 for. Then they started saying disgusting abuse to my sister but she had done nothing wrong but ask for what she paid for.
